Horrible experience, Horrible customer service. Horrible business etiquette. Horrible communication skills Did not manage my property at all. Did not even look at the house! Over the course of a few months, my tenants did some damage to the house, physical damage to the exterior and Parker had no idea about it. They hadnt inspected the property since the contract was signed. After discussing issues with my tenants, I found out Parker failed to address any issues that the tenants reported! Avoid at all costs!
