So you know sometimes when you randomly meet a stranger and you feel like … Yea we can totally be friends … That’s basically pearl vision inside the college mall! I’ve been a patient here for almost 5 years !
Dr. Etienne and his staff are amazing! They are incredibly personable and really take time getting to know each patient .
I’ve never had to wait before an appointment … I’ve also never felt like I’ve been rushed through a visit. It’s one thing to find an eye doctor you can be comfortable with but even better when they have a great staff by their side. Great selection in frames and reasonably priced .
Absolutely recommended !!!

I’ve been having some ripping issues with my newly ordered contacts, and they immediately offered to replace them at no cost. Every time I call them, it’s always a smooth and effortless problem resolution; add in that they have great value in terms of exam prices, lenses and glasses, and this is my new Bloomington eye care spot. Only wish I found out about them earlier!

Hands down one of the best customer services experiences I have ever had.
Dr. Etienne and his staff are top shelf!
After asking around for recommendations, I was overwhelmed by the response to try Dr. Etienne and Pearle Vision. I was not let down. The experience was personal and personable, fun, and completely relaxed in a professional way. Any anxiety or nerves melted away with Dr. Etienne’s fun loving personality and sense of humor.
I was impressed by the booking, actual appointment, and followup to this service. I also loved that when I arrived his mom was there delivering brownies to his staff… this office is in mall, but don’t be deceived, this is a neighborhood business with real people! I even left with a recipe :)
Love it, highly recommend it and will be going back!

Best. Eye Doctor. Ever! I had an excellent experience with Dr. Etienne. My contact fitting was quick and friendly. He answered my questions and was very down to Earth. He made sure I felt comfortable with what I was getting. I would never ever go anywhere else.

Every person working here, especially Dr. Etienne and Tim Brown, was EXTREMELY helpful. All options were explained clearly and they were very patient and helpful with any questions I had. Everyone that worked there seemed to enjoy their job and be very knowledgeable. Dr. Etienne was very friendly but focused on the task. I felt that I was treated quickly but not rushed in any way. Seriously…5 stars.

Dr Etienne is very professional but personable. Gets you through the exam quickly and thoroughly. His staff is pretty good too, helping you sort out all the choices of frames and lenses and such.
