I love this Starbucks, but it is extremely busy. Good luck finding a seat here — there is very limited seating at this very small location. There is a constant stream of people going in and out of here… I make sure to send my order in through the app if I don’t want to wait around in line. I think on average it can take 10 minutes to get through the line during rush times. Even when you order through mobile you aren’t guaranteed to get your order quickly because in the rush of doing in-store orders I’ve noticed that the barista sometimes forgets to look at the mobile order machine. There is a drive-thru that is always busy, and because it is at the end of the parking space you can get stuck with no way to get out if you are trying to leave because of the Starbucks overflow drive-thru line. It’s only happened a few times, but since I only have a 15 minute break during work to grab my coffee it’s gotten a bit dicy at times. Coffee speaking, it’s the same Starbucks coffee I know and love. I’ve never gotten a drink that hasn’t been made properly here. The most important thing!

This location has a drive-through, but it is very slow. Might as well go inside! Staff seems a little disheveled at times, but my drink always comes out just as I expect it to. Parking lot can get a little cramped, but always worth it for a Starbucks drink.

I rarely find any seat in this Starbucks. I once just got my coffee and came out and go home ;((sad)

Rude! Rude! Rude! We have come to this Starbucks regularly for months now and the service keeps getting worse and worse. One of the girls who works drive through cut us off twice and got the order wrong three times and I had to keep correcting her(grande ice soy vanilla) not hard… Then she gives so much attitude. As a person who had worked as a barista this is unacceptable.

This Starbucks was sloooow. Work on speeding things up when the shift changes. There were lots of employees standing around looking at papers but not helping the line standing there. This wouldn’t fly in other stores imho

I go here quite often, the staff is always super friendly and personable – especially the veterans. If any mistake was ever made, the staff will do anything they can to make you leave happy! My only complaint is the drive thru, the design is a NIGHTMARE when it gets busy.

Worst service ever! I have been to this SB several times before and service has been slow, but, today was THEWORSTEVER! I waited exactly 32 minutes to get 3 drinks. Someone who came in 15 minutes after me… got her drinks right away, «what»? I patiently wait some more after telling the Barista that he was serving things in the wrong order. I get that the label machine wasn’t working, but, why do they write our name and order on the cup? They were lined up on the counter in the order that the order was placed. Why did someone who came in 15 minutes after I did get her order 2 minutes after placing her order? It just doesn’t make sense. Everyone was twirling around behind the counter not knowing which end was up… it was almost making me dizzy! I hate to say it, but I won’t be back to this SB. An apology was given repeatedly… But, after 32 minutes… that just wasn’t enough. Grand re-opening disaster!

Best place near where I live, sometimes I walk there and order a drink, most of time I do drive through, usually need to wait for few minutes, so it’s better you go inside and order drinks to take out, there have a lot of Koreans hanging out there, they like this place very much^^

Went to the Starbucks on the west side of campus to see if they had one of those city cups. I didn’t really expect Bloomington to have one, but I at least wanted an Indianapolis or Indiana cup. They said that if any of the Starbucks in Bloomington were to sell them, it would be the ones on the east side. Ok. I looked for it on my map and found it. It’s a good 38 minute walk or so from where I was staying, but why not? I could do it! I did, but now my feet hurt. Haha. When I finally made it there, I felt pretty wet. I’m sure I looked like I ran a marathon. I asked the lady behind the counter if they had the cups. NO, THEYDONOT. She then said that I would probably have to go into Indianapolis to get them and that Bloomington definitely didn’t have its own Starbucks cup. Great. Well, since I was there and in need of a nice break from the heat, I ordered myself a tall Cinnamon Chai. Then I had a distinct feeling she wanted to comment on something, so I told her I just walked over. She said something along the lines of «that makes sense» and for some odd reason, I swear she said something about how I didn’t look so good, haha. Don’t quote me on that, though. It could be due to my heated brain and still-sweating pores that made me hear things. She then immediately offered me a venti cup of iced water. Yes, please! While waiting, I decided to pop into the bathroom to see if I could clean up a little; a guy just came out after he finished cleaning it. Yep, I definitely looked like I ran a marathon. My skin was flushed and my exposed skin was slick with sweat. My top was completely wet(I had a backpack and that didn’t help). Awesome. I missed this. I used to walk everywhere while in college and in Korea. However, since it’s been a while, my feet have been pampered for far too long and they felt like raw lumps of flesh by the time I returned(I walked further down the street to the mall and then Krogers later). Once out, my drinks were ready and I set up camp at one of the tables. Half of the tables were occupied with people either studying or meeting for one reason or another. It wasn’t very loud, though, which was nice. However, it isn’t very big either. As for cleanliness, though the bathroom was freshly cleaned, my table had leftover crumbs, the napkin/straw station was a little dirty, and the table in front of me was vacated but was never wiped down or cleared the entire time I was there(about 35 minutes). I spent my time day dreaming and staring at the abandoned Starbucks paper cup. Customer service was good and there was an adequate amount of tables for the space. However, they could do better on the cleaning part. It would be nice if they also sold the cups I walked 40 minutes to get. Also, yay for free wifi! It took a couple of minutes for my iPad to connect, but once it did, all was good.

Always my favorite Starbucks in town, the barista here are friendly, and the taste of drink is better than the one in IMU. Sometimes I do drive-thru, and the lines are long especially in winter.

I like to hang out at Starbucks and work sometimes, just for a change. This one feels a little cramped, not enough room for couches or big puffy chairs. Not a deal breaker, just pointing it out. I prefer the«google» free wifi, and this place has it.

I can’t speak for their service inside but the drive-thru was fast and easy. I received my vanilla latte right when I got to the window. That was probably because I went when it wasn’t too busy. Since this Starbucks is near an intersection. So, if you need a coffee fix in the morning expect to wait a bit.

Sorry, but Starbucks doesn’t want my business. There are so many local coffee shops that appreciate my business. Don’t waist your time here!

This place has a drive-thru window which makes nice on rainy days however, if you’re in a hurry, it may be faster to go inside if their busy. Usually pretty fast service. The drinks are pretty standard with most Starbucks. They have tables that you can study, but not as many as the downtown store. Still, it’s pretty decent to study here. The only con at this location is how to get in. You can only get here by either going north on 4645 or west on 3rd. All the other ways, you’d have to make a U-turn. I only go here if I was going the right way. If not, I hardly ever bother to go in… If you’re on 10th and you really want to go, I suggest driving south down Pete Ellis instead of 4645.
