This is definitely a place you want to avoid. We have never had a good experience here. About several weeks ago we had a terrible dine in experience and we tried several days to contact the store manager who we still have never spoken to. We then reached out to their boss and never got a return phone call after several voicemail messages. So we reached out to that persons boss who said that he knew there were major issues and he was working to correct those. He said he would be mailing us a gift card that has never arrived. So we had not been back until last night Saturday around 1230am give or take and we went through the drive thru and I always order my food with no lettuce as I just don’t like it. So I get to the window since I never saw them type in no lettuce on the screen and I asked the man who took my credit card to be sure there was no lettuce on my food. He was as high as one could possibly get. It was that obvious. He said that my food had no lettuce on it. And so we get home and not only did my food have lettuce on it but it was missing half of the items that should be on there like sour cream, tomatoes. It is so inconvenient to drive to the west side of town but for the most part all the fast food places on the east side are terrible so it is not just Taco Bell. I think my next phone call will be to the health department and maybe the labor board. Every time we have been here the staff is just baked out of their minds. I am certain there has to be laws or codes against that. I really don’t care I just want hot fresh food made the way that I have paid for it to be made.

Going to this Taco Bell is pretty hit or miss. The ONLY Taco Bell I’ve been to that constantly runs out of food. I went here one evening(around 8pm) and they said«Hi! Welcome to Taco Bell, we’re out of all meats, but we can serve you anything else!» OUTOFMEAT! How does that happen?

If you want to get treated like crap by a group of high school drop outs this is the place to go. Store management and corporate don’t seem to care about the problems and then BLAME you for their employees being rude when you bring it to their attention.

Tried my first«doritos locos» taco the other day. Eh… well I love Doritos(cool ranch baybee!) but, I dunno. Can’t go wrong with the old stand by… crunchy tacos with fire sauce. especially after an evening down at the pub ;)
