Absolutely terrible. The staff was extremely unprofessional throwing cups at each other and making fun of the shift supervisor to her face. All the staff was screaming at each other too like joking and being rowdy. Not only that but the shells to the hard shell tacos were extremely stale and the tacos were put sloppily together. Oh and the bathroom was filthy none of the toilets were flushed. I will never visit this location again.

It probably seems silly to review a fast food chain, but this Taco Bell location never disappoints. I’ve been stopping at this one at least twice a month for the last 5 years. The staff is always friendly and efficient and in this 5 year period, my order has never been incorrect or unsatisfactory — Not once. These days, consistent is very much appreciated.

I don’t know but I’m pretty sure that when you get your food it is not supposed to look as if someone spilled a glass of water on each item there’s been individually wrapped that you received in the back. I am pretty sure it is not supposed to be that way. As a tax paying hard-working citizen of this country i highly don’t advise anyone to ever eat at this particular Taco Bell Establishment.

I’m a real breakfast nut. The idea of having breakfast at a fast food chain where both food and service can be inconsistent was slightly worrying. I was nicely surprised here. First is that the restaurant has just been remodeled. And it looks very nice. And then I was greeted by Vanessa, the cashier on counter duty for the breakfast segment. Vanessa was engaging, friendly, smiling, and took time with me since I wasn’t yet set on what I was going to order when I walked in the door. She was simply what is needed here for uneasy customers trying Taco Bell breakfast for the first time. I ordered the AM Crunch Wrap with Steak, some Cinnabon Bites, and a soft drink(I don’t drink coffee and refuse to pay any restaurant the inflated OJ prices they charge). The Crunch Wrap didn’t taste like what I expected. The steak had a good spice to it as it’s the same steak they use in other foods offered there. I later found out the Sausage and the Bacon are not spicy if that Steak scares you off. The Cinnabon Bites were the highlight of the meal and were much better than expected and not too sweet. The inside of the store is pretty sharp. Gone are the old molded to your butt silly colored fiberglass chairs that were bolted to the floor. The space is open and inviting with new simple art and a very modern touch. Based on this visit I’d happily return to this location for breakfast or any other meal. And I sure hope employees as engaging as Vanessa are there when she is not working. That can play a huge part in the enjoyment of a fast food restaurant.

I ve heard the jokes about Taco Bell and having diarrhea after but it’s no joke, I had one, just one beefy burrito and I literally shat myself on the way home and spent the next couple of hours in and out if the bathroom, but the burrito was good so 4 stars!

I was denied business because I am a truck driver and the drive thru does not take walk ups. The lobby is under repairs.

Oh Taco Bell. It’s just a T-Bell, plain and simple. Service was friendly and the food was delicious(albeit totally awful for the body). We seem to eat here every time we visit friends in Bloomington and it’s always OK. Only weird part was the counter setup. It seemed no matter where you stood to wait for your food, you were always in someone’s way. It was so cramped and odd I didn’t know what to do.
