Sadly this is a continuation of my last review. Trisha, manager of this location called me, offered that I come in this past Saturday when she is working and she will give me the two donuts I originally wanted and some coupons for my trouble. I go, I ask for her, the cashier goes to back and comes back with a bag and tells me it is $ 2.11. Confused she said there were 4 donuts and rather than argue knowing this is a complete bust. I get a drink and the bag and leave to find the donuts are STACKED on top of each other so stuck to each other. Out of the four, not one of them was as I had originally sought, cookie dough batter. All were fudge filled and there were no coupons. This place is HOPELESS and should close or get another manager. She hid in the back rather than coming herself to offer apologies, she didn’t give me the original donut I had asked for, they were stacked on top of each other, there were no coupons as promised. Just very disappointed. Was hoping I could come back and give a positive follow up. I won’t be back, she should be fired or this location shut down. I’m giving two stars because there was a half-assed attempt to correct the problem.

We stopped at 8:10 pm and they had the doors locked. They don’t close until 9pm… Very disappointed that we couldn’t get coffee.

Wow… I got a coffee I really didn’t like, and they bent over backwards to make me happy. I will come out of my way to come back here again!

Love their coffee and donuts! I’m from the east coast and have been drinking their coffee for years. The only challenge is the staff. They’re sometimes confused.

Went with some friends yesterday through the drive through and he tells them we have two separate orders and the lady came back on the intercom and said that’s fine order when ready. We ordered and then we get up there and they are like well we didn’t know you had two orders there’s just the one order here and we’re like we said two separate orders in the beginning. They seemed like they didn’t know what the word«separate» meant. I tried there coffee and didn’t care for it too much, but I LOVE their donuts. Hopefully the next time i go through the drive thru they’ll have there stuff together.

Best coffee ever! And they have a drive thru! AND they’re open 24 hours a day! Doesn’t get any better than DD!!! The place is clean, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the service is fast and accurate.

So I swing through DD on my way to my son’s baseball game — I have a few extra minutes — to grab a cup of coffee. Just one cup of coffee. I think I’ll try the dark roast I am seeing TV ads for. They are so discombobulated they can’t figure out what is going on. They have me wait several minutes at the window before they ask me to pull around by the front door while the coffee brews. Several more minutes later, after I’ve used up all my extra time and then some, I walk in looking for my cup of coffee. They are a little confused; they had forgotten I was waiting. Worse is, they think it’s funny! They chucklingly pour me an extra large rather than my large — to make it up to me, presumably, and send me on my way. I didn’t really have time to escalate the issue, nor was I in the mood to, so I grabbed it and left. I REALLY hope they get their act together in there — they’ve now had months to figure it out, but it needs to happen soon!

Oh my god, what?! A very affordable 24 hour drive thru specifically for coffee addicts? Holy butts. I’m in love! Is it possible to ask you guys to build one of your drive thrus next door to my house? Because that would be so freakin sweet.

EEEK! I think I’m the first reviewer of this location so I feel bad only giving it 3 stars… but that’s all it deserves. #NotSorry My boss LOVES Dunkin Donuts and I know so many people from Boston(spoken with an accent) who love the brand too. Don’t get me wrong, the brand is exceptional. They’re growing again, have a well known name, and the new store designs are B. E. A. Utiful. They even have a drive through which is convenient and probably the only reason my mother will go there. As always, it comes down to the food and beverage for me: Coffee — Very good. Probably one of the better options in the place. I have had coffee and a Mocha here before both of which I liked. Donuts — Good. Not Lamar’s or Krispy Kreme but I liked the taste of them. Other Foods — I had a chicken sandwich that was good. So overall it was good. Never bad, never blow my mind amazingly good either though. What really made me give a 3 as opposed to a 4 was the experience while in the store. The staff I saw was… how do you say… less than desirable. This may sound horrible but the person who handed me my food looked like she was on meth and it made my hunger immedietly go away. Plus, my friend got a long john and when we opened the bag it was upside down in the bag like they through it in there. All the chocolate was on the bag and made a mess. I just was not impressed. It’s new so hopefully they get their operations together soon! I would still recommend this place. I’ll probably be back at some point in time. It was OK.
