Einstein Bros Bagels

I enjoy this place. It’s clean and the staff is friendly. I am starting to like it better than Panera for breakfast. They are quick and efficient, just what I like. The ham is a bit salty if you are sensitive to that. There are a few healthier options but not a lot. I’d like to see more.

Each time I come to this Einstein bros I am greeted and treated respectfully, everybody who works here never has a negative attitude which is great! There has been a few mix ups of different smears being mixed up, but everything is delicious anyways.

Great place for breakfast. Consistently good bagels and coffee. Service is fast and friendly and when they are very busy they will run the food and drink out to your table. Extremely busy in Sunday’s after the church crowd so they can run low on some of the variety of bagels. Overall, fast, friendly a s a great place to stop in for a quick bite or hang out with friends!

Rude.
My husband and I came here around lunchtime earlier this week. All he wanted was a plain black coffee. We waited for a few minutes without issue, but once we reached the register at the front of the line, an employee asked the customer behind us what he wanted, skipping us entirely. My husband spoke up and said that he was next in line and that he just wanted a black coffee, and we were ignored yet again by a second employee. He’s a pretty laid back guy but he decided to leave without getting anything. Seriously, it isn’t hard to figure out which customer got there first (chances are it’s the first one in line), especially when that customer speaks up. And with all of the places to get coffee, I wouldn’t come back here when I can visit literally anywhere else where they won’t skip me or ignore me.

Have been a loyal customer of Einstein Bros. Bagels for several years. This afternoon, I paid a visit to this franchise for the first time.
Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by the interior design.
Hardwood floors, large seating area, plenty of tables and chairs and the appearance that this entire store is well cared for.
I have visited other Einstein Bros. in Illinois, Colorado, and Kansas and have to say that this is definitely among the nicest stores of them all.
Service was prompt and friendly. Music was being played at a low level. The temperature was just right.
If you happen to be in Blue Springs, MO in the future, pay a visit to this franchise.
