Worst KFC I have ever been to… and keeps getting worse. Rude employees, if you can get any help. 1 guy runs the drive thru AND the front line(Miguel, the managing partner, according to the door) and he even occasionally helps prep the food… sans gloves and without washing his hands. Nice! Went thru a while back and ordered a $ 20 family fill up, asking if they could swap the cole slaw for corn. The one word response: NO! A simple«I’m sorry, we aren’t allowed to substitute with this promotion» would have gone a long way. Since we don’t like cole slaw, I told them to keep it, since it’d just be thrown away and them keeping it would help their food costs, but they put it in our bag anyways. My wife ordered hot wings, but when we got home they were far from hot and had obviously not been cooked anytime in the last 2 hours. WAY past hold time. Another neat trick is that when it prints, your receipt has a coupon for a free Go Cup on the bottom if you complete the survey. Miguel rips them off before he hands you the receipt. Not sure if this it to prevent bad reviews or having to give away food(probably both) but it really shouldn’t be done and ESPECIALLY not right in front of the customer. I filled out the online feedback thing about our awful visit. I got a form e-mail back with a lame apology stating I’d get a coupon in the mail. I did… Five whole dollars and a form e-mail with a vague apology. Sorry KFC, that doesn’t cut it. How about actually caring what your customers think? Looks like I’ll spend my dining dollars elsewhere at a business that appreciates its customers.

Don’t go here worst KFC in area. I live in neighborhood and give it a try from time to time with same results. You would think I would learn. Tonight we couldn’t get waited on. not enough staff or chicken. Several left as well as myself. this has got to cost them money.

This location is a KFC and a Taco Bell. Sometimes I get really random cravings and one afternoon I was just dying to get my hands on a Baja Blast Freeze. The inside of the restaurant was empty when I arrived so my order was taken promptly and efficiently. The girl filled my cup up really high because she could tell I was excited about the drink. I have no complains. I got what I wanted and it was delicious!

Arrived about 1145am and they only had grilled chicken avail. Original recipe chicken was going to take another 15 min so I bought grilled. I would expect a chicken place to have all of their chicken on the menu available. I think these combo taco bell KFC places have too much to cook so they are more likely to be behind. As I went thru the drive thru one guy behind me pulled out of line because of how slow the line was. As I got to the window they were cleaning up from an exploded pop machine dispenser. Then they spent several min trying to get drive thru headsets speaker to work but I think it just kept buzzing at them. I finally received my order which I later found out at home had the wrong sides with my grilled chicken. Grilled chicken was good but I would of rather had original recipe chicken. They were polite and apologized for delays. I will cut them a break because they were probably 80% done with a full remodel(inside and out) so I would expect this place to look very nice in a month when they are done. Hopefully everything runs much smoother when they aren’t dealing with issues probably related to the remodel.
