McDonald’s

Isn’t the best or the worst I’ve been to. It’s reasonably quick but dinner time it seems to be clogged. My food is always warm at the least but the biggest complaint I have is the cones aren’t always the steadiest. Nothing a napkin and a washing machine can’t fix.

NEEDS NEW EMPLOYEES! Me and my family come here often because it is the closest McDonalds to us but the customer service SUCKS! This morning I went to the front counter and it took a good minute before someone came to the register even though everyone knew I was there waiting. The lady who finally came up to take my order looked like she hated me or something. I told her I would like 2 Egg McMuffins. She then snaped at me and told me the total. I paid and she walked away without a word… She didn’t even give me my receipt. (I ended up just reaching across the counter to get the receipt)
I have visited and there l was a young man who took my order and he was polite and at least looked liked he wanted to take my order. But my encounter with all the other employees was unsatisfactory.
This McDonalds just got renovated and it looks great and modern. The food is exactly the same as all other McDonalds.

Hey, they remodeled, but you know what they forgot to do? Get employees that 1) pay attention and 2) give a crap.
At the drive thru they STILL have the annoying recording that tells you to begin ordering, but when you do the human employee isn’t paying attention and asks you to repeat what you just ordered. Even if it’s only one item. Seriously, people, it’s not rocket science. I say 20-​piece nuggets, you push the 20-​piece nuggets button.
Went through last night and ordered 1 fudge sundae with chocolate ice cream and 2 ice creams in a cup. The latter 2 were rung up as fudge sundaes with no fudge. Normally that would be fine, but sundaes are 20% more expensive than cones. Had to basically walk the guy at the other end of the drive thru speaker on how to properly ring it up. What a pain.
And, despite having 2 drive thru speakers, they still can’t even manage to run 1 efficiently.
This store didn’t need a remodel (it had one not too long ago) it needed a full flushing of the staff. Culver’s, Sonic, Chick-​Fil-​A, and the like can get staff that aren’t this bad, why can’t McD’s? Oh that’s right, it’s the management…
Probably won’t be back…

SWARMING with flies and gnats. Flies at the register, in the seating area and bathroom. Gross.

Burnt my food. What was I thinking getting mcdonalds anyway. Update: just got mcdonalds breakfast again. Got home to find I had no egg or cheese on my 4 dollar mc muffin. I literally paid 3 dollar more then the dollar mcmuffin to get the egg. Brain surgery is easier than working at McDonald’s apparently.

Driving thru the parking lot got me so mad i decided i didnt need McDonald’s. I wanted something quick but went elsewhere. I went thru the back way that i never take and hit 2 monster potholes and i said forget this. Really? Nice place killing everyones tires. Little stuff like that makes me want to run away. I didnt read any other reviews here but until the parking lot gets fixed i wont be back. Its a danger zone.

I was on a business road trip. One that began at 7:30 in the morning. I hate it when that happens. My coworker wanted to stop at McDonald’s for coffee. My mother had just said their coffee is great so I said sure. Their coffee is not «amazing». It’s really strong, that’s for sure. I was over the top caffeinated until sometime in the mid afternoon.
They don’t have any non-​dairy options so if that’s your thing, you’ll have one choice — black coffee.
I did order a plain english muffin and hash browns. I splurged on calories. I still feel guilty.

Place is always clean. Food prepared as expected. Every time I leave this place, I am missing something. One morning was my hash browns. Meh, maybe its diet time. Next time was my son’s nuggets. He had to eat my burger so now I am a lil ticked. Drive-​thru is kinda like the Bermuda Triangle, you can go in but it might not come out.
It’s the same as betting it all on red on the roulette table!
