Worst customer service of any fast food restaurant. Every time we go through the drive through, something is missing… usually a sandwich…
Fries are often burned.
When going through the drive-​thru, remember that straws must be requested.
When going through the drive-​thru, remember that spoons for sundaes must be requested.
When going thru the drive-​thru, be prepared to hand your drink, sundae, or McFlurry back to the attendant so that the cup can be wiped down.
I spoke with a manager tonight who said that he had been hired in the last few days and was planning to retrain the staff.

Washington, DC
One of the newer McDonalds renovated properties. And it is a McDonalds from Florida to Oregon, they are the same, so you will not be surprised at this one.
Good service and McDonalds fare, what more can you ask for.
