This is the WORST Sonic ever. Ever since they reopened after the fire it’s been horrible. The service is terrible, they’re extremely slow, several times I’ve pulled into the stall to order and they never answer to take your order, even when they aren’t busy, they just ignore you so I’ve had to pull around to the drive thru just to place an order. I went tonight and no one answered to take my order, so I pulled to the drive thru, was then told they didn’t have chicken anymore, so I ordered cheddar bites, then sat in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes waiting for them. Get your act together, this used to be a good place!

This was my favorite sonic until today when I went and it was closed due to fire. Rip Sonic, may the new one be just as good. 12−10−13

Living in San Francisco, I get tormented frequently by Sonic commercials. Why do they bother me, you ask? Because we don’t have any Sonic restaurants anywhere in the Bay Area(that I can think of, anyway). I suppose there must be a random one in some tiny town 85 miles from here or something that shares my Comcast signal. Regardless, I get taunted by yummy-looking concoctions all the time in adverts — of late, a goddamn banana milk shake. So, I demanded a visit to the Sonic in my hometown ‘burb last weekend after traveling to my brother’s stupid-ass wedding. You know how sometimes things that sound really good aren’t really all that great? This wasn’t the case here … that banana shake was SO much better than I could ever have imagined! However, I’m deducting one star since I had to travel 1,500 miles to finally score one.
