So, I know one of the waitresses who works there. She is a nice person and she recommended this place to me. She was not there when I went yesterday for the first time. It was an absolutely disappointing experience for a business associate and myself. First we walked towards the restaurant. There are two entrances. One door is for the bar, while the other is for the dining in area. So we walk in and we got seated in the bar area off to the side. The nice hostess said our server will be here shortly to help us. Good start. We waited and waited. Nobody ever showed up for quite some time. Finally, a group was seated at the table in front of us. After sitting them down, the waitress walks up to us and states, «I didn’t know you guys are here. You are off to the side and I can’t even see you. Someone should have told me you were here.» So, I guess this has been a problem in the past and these people have not found a way to make sure this does not happen. Then she takes our order and walks off. Sometimes, things start out badly, but it is not the death penalty for them. Both of us ordered the Brick Chicken. It took a very long time to get our order done. Guess what? The table ahead of us got their food. What? Then our server came to us. «It should be coming out soon. This dish takes about 10 minutes.» I respond by telling her it has been way more than ten minutes. We then waited for another long extended period of time. Finally, the food is here. Let’s see if it was worth the wait. The fries came out good. Cole slaw was okay. What? The«Brick Chicken» was awful. It was under cooked. How is that possible? I can’t fathom that. I waited forever for this junk sitting in front of me and it is not cooked all the way. In fact, they need to change their menus. It states, the dish will be crispy and moist. That is not true. It should state, «This is garbage that you will have to wait an extremely long time for and it will be under cooked.» So, then our server comes over to hand us the check. For my friend and I to eat, it came out to be about $ 33.00. I explained the situation to her. I told her about the under cooked brick sitting in front of me. «Let me go get the manager.» At that point I told her exactly what I wanted to say. I don’t need your manager. I don’t need a discount. I would have liked the food to be good. That, my fellow Unilocalers, is why we go to restaurants. Even, if everything else was subpar, but the food is good, you can forgive certain things. If the food is no good, then everything was a waste of time. I do not like my time being wasted. That is why I am writing this review. I am saving you from wasting your time. I am still baffled by this place. How was the food under cooked even though we waited for such an extended period of time? The horror.

Service and entrees are so good! The staff does a great job with attention to detail! Appetizers and second courses are timed perfectly! Best of all, they support both Clemson University and The University of South Carolina! Go Tigers!

The food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor! I had the chicken strips with sweet Thai sauce YUMM. They had a little heat and lots of flavor. Get the tater tots, they go great with beer. Here’s where they lost a star… They had a «tap takeover» which limits you to only 1 brand and all their flavors which totally sucked unless you’re a Thomas Creek Lover then this would be your night. The food and service were very good.

Seriously !!! The Unilocal reviews raved about this place with mostly 5 stars. * they must have been employees or friends.* We went in for dinner at 530 on wed. 2 other tables of diners in there,(1 already had food, the 2nd food came shortly after.) so we ordered pretty fast, then proceeded to wait at least 30 mins for a ceaser chicken wrap and their signature brick cooked chicken. well brick cooked chicken is simply a very very small half chix on the bone, its totally plain, and dropped into a fryer and cooked until crispy. served with a dipping sauce.(weird). there was hardly any meat on this half chicken. about the size of a «quail»? along with a small portion of sweet pot tots that I was up charged for, and awful coleslaw. The whole meal was pitiful. and i left still hungry. our poor waitress was new and had 2 tables(out of 4) so she made way way to many table visits. ***Do yourself a favor and skip this place for dinner. The bar area seemed ok, not any busier, so I have to assume the draft beers are going to be old.

First let’s start with something positive. The food is amazing, I’ve never had a problem with the quality of the food. The atmosphere is great! I think it was bold to add the pool tables. Now let’s talk about the service. I’ve had good experiences the owner or manager is very helpful and nice. The blonde with straight hair that wears it in a pony tail is great you can count on her for getting your order right and making sure you’re happy with your food. NOWWEGETTOBONNIE! Bonnie is literally the worse server I’ve ever had. Any time she’s been our server our order is wrong like really wrong. Like so wrong it’s beginning to not be worth coming here. She doesn’t listen and she questions what you order like they don’t have it even though you’ve ordered the same thing many times before. She’s exhaustive, if in sat in her section I know I will have poor service and I know my food will be wrong. No I don’t send my food because that’s rude the chef, when she’s the problem.

We were just out riding around looking to see what was out and about Hilton Head Island and got hungry. We Unilocaled chicken and this place popped up so we tried it out. It’s a very nice bar/restaurant with a couple of pool tables. It wasn’t very busy at 1 pm on a Saturday but I would bet it fills up after the sun goes down. We had the brick chicken and chicken nuggets. Both were very good. If we are ever up this way again we will be sure to stop back.

Went in for lunch and I must say I was impressed with the food! Yummy chicken and the salad and veggies were fresh. Delicious sweet potato tots! The only reason I’m knocking off a star is because it took forever, waited well over 20 minutes to get our food. Also, the actual sign is hard to read, whoever did the design needs to change that. Otherwise, I’ll definitely be back.

We stopped here and had wings and a few beers. We really enjoyed the craft beer selection and the wings were great.

For the type of food they offer I give them 5 stars. They know they aren’t a gourmet dining establishment, and they don’t try to be. What they are is a simple sports themed bar with pub grub. The wings are a good sized wing, with about a dozen sauces to choose from. I like the rated R sauce. It’s super spicy and actually has flavor. The Rupert fries are my kids favorite fries EVER! The Burgers are good, but they used to be great! I believe they no longer use fresh hand formed patties, because the last few times I ordered a burger, they were too uniform and I was told they can’t cook them medium rare. The chili is not good, so stay away from anything with it. The nachos aren’t good either, although impressive in the amount of food you get if ordered, they use canned cheese sauce, although nd top them with everything and the kitchen sink. They’re very soggy and tasteless. French dip according to girlfriend was the nastiest she’s ever had, but she may be a bit biased, because she eats a french fip at least once a week, from where it was invented in LA.(Phillipes) you can not beat the prices here, and the kids menu is priced at a great $ 1.99 after 5pm. They have wing specials on Mondays. A trivia night, and a bingo night which ate kid friendly. There is sometimes a bit if a raucous crowd at the bar, and language can sometimes be a bit agressive, especially during the college football season. For that reason alone, we try to go in a bit early to avoid the drinkers, and smokers. They have a nice patio for lunch, and spring time evenings. I like this place a lot! !

This place was great. We went for lunch. They have a large bar and tv’s all over. We tried the fried pickles and they were good. Chicken wings and burgers are awesome. I would so recommend this place to kick back and eat. The bartender Mary was great. She made us feel like we were home.

Brick Chicken has the best wings and beer selection in Bluffton. Beers from Foothills, Bells and Dogfish Head; no other bar or restaurant in Bluffton comes close.

Definitely my favorite place to eat in Bluffton. I’ve been coming here for 3 years(formerly the Kickin’ Chicken) and their food is great. For whatever reason, I think they have the best fries. Also, their prices arent half bad. This is what I get: Buffalo chicken sandwich with their hottest sauce/side of ranch. Never disappoints.

Friday night bingo is always fun. The chicken here is SO good and the portions are great. Prices are decent, however, it would be nice if they had some light beer options on tap. Any Friday when I have time off, I will try to make it to Brick Chicken. Their bar is huge and they have a TON of TVs.
