Facts: 1) Bought a system three years ago. 2) Harddrive failed three times in three years(Harddrives typically have a 3 year life) 3) Called for service. Was eventually called back to say«you don’t have a harddrive problem». Service Tech named Jesus told me that he would come and take a look. 4) Jesus came to the house, started the unit, reformatted the harddrive without asking if it was OK to do this.(which obviously contained historical data, then loaded updated firmware. 5) I then complained that if the drive was able to work, I would have taken a backup, but was preached at the fact that Jesus had been in the business for ten years and that he knows what he is doing. He also interrupted me six times in a conversation I have recorded to tell me that I don’t have a harddrive problem. 6) The following day the harddrive failed again — same error and I called to complain. 7) The next thing I got was an estimate to replace the harddrive and TWO repair calls for what should have been a warranted harddrive since it was the 3rd one in less than 3 years. 8) I said that I wasn’t paying for the first trip where my data was erased and the unit wasn’t fixed. 9) Then the Owner John wrote back and said that since I wasn’t willing to pay for something I hadn’t agreed to pay for up-front that I was no longer getting serviced by them. 10) I have subsequently replaced the harddrive and it works flawlessly. Another service company did this for half the price and gave me a 3 year warranty on the drive — which is customary. They suck. They used inferior products on my unit. They left me hanging as a customer. I wouldn’t recommend anyone use them. Their motto is: Your home is your sanctuary, we are the security you can trust. I wouldn’t trust them with anything.

What a scam! Purchased a two-year warranty, and when I call on a replacement part, I get dinged for double the cost.
