Nice idea, but doesn’t work because the owner is off her gourd. She has more than once displayed temper tantrums in front of customers, & the last time I was there, tried her very best to insult me, but to no avail. The products are mousy & rather overpriced, so I certainly will never set foot in this establishment again! Sorry, but sometimes I get so very tired of the attitude? with no reason to have one. There are many other «head shops» where the help are at the very least helpful. Why bother with a place where no one seems to know anything, are too busy to help, never greet customers properly & the owner is rude to boot? As I mentioned before, would not recommend this place ever.

I recently visited the Hemp Factory while visiting Boca for business last week. The interior of the store is very tasteful and attractive with an outstanding inventory of quality merchandise. The gentleman working there was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. In fact, he recommended a remarkable product to me called the Vapor Cone Elite. If I could rate this product on Unilocal I would give it 5 stars also. Thanks to the Hemp Factory for the great customer service. Anytime I find myself back in the area I will make a point of visiting this store.
