A quaint restaurant in an unassuming Plaza with absolutely delicious food and friendly patrons. The sweet corn empanadas were delicious! I had #5 the argentine sausage sandwich. The bread was super fresh and I loved the chumichurri sauce. Everyone’s food looked fabulous! Next time I want to try b2. Guests at another table had meat on a grill top that sizzles and looked so good! They also had the soccer game on TV which was a nice change from watching the news.

Good service and food. Homestyle empandas and deli goods were on point. Prices are fair.

I have been to The Argentinian Deli a few times now, and it has consistently exceeded my expectations. The quaint and tucked away storefront is home to a plethora of truly authentic Argentinian dishes. I originally checked this place out on the recommendation of a friend — and his word holds true. I pick up a dozen empanadas every few weeks for my co-workers, and they LOVE them. This week, I even had a few co-workers specifically request them. Also, the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and willing to make recommendations(always worth mentioning).

Great steak sandwich and good empanadas. They seem to make their own fresh bread which is really good on the steak sandwich. Side salad was a bit disappointing as it seemed to be just a handful of old iceberg lettuce dropped into a steel bowl — not well presented. Waitress is a sweetheart and will mostly make up for any mistakes that the kitchen makes. Small local spot that is cool for a quick lunch — however they would have to seriously step up their game to survive during the dinner hours.

Found this little hidden place on Unilocal.Small but cute with friendly staff. Empanadas were really good, baked and fried were both equally as delicious. Had number 31, steak with rice beans and sweet plantains. All of it was great. Might come back to try their lunch — steak sandwich looked good too!

Small and very friendly deli. The food is fresh and really good! This is not a large restaurant for a leisurely lunch. It is great for a quick meal.

The restaurant is everything. :Reasonable, fresh ingredients, delicious, great service: ATMOSPHERE Simple, inviting — Patrons can either sit in a booth or tables SERVICE I have been here twice and both experiences I found the service to be attentive without being overwhelming. What’s more, if you don’t speak Spanish– no biggie. CUISINE If I were a local, the Argentinian Deli would be an extension of my kitchen. The empanadas are fresh, delicious and they have a slew to pick from: beef, chicken, caprese, corn, cheese, spinach The steaks are juicy, soft and paired with the homemade Chimichurri sauce. Sides to select from are: fries, potato salad, rice and beans, and mashed potatoes. There are many more items to select from. Sadly, since I am not a local I can’t not work my way through the menu.

Love finding places like this when I’m traveling, and wouldn’t have come across this pearl had I not checked Unilocal.Small, yet clean and neat. The service was excellent… a young, bilingual girl that was quite friendly and accommodating. I had a small steak and small chicken sandwich. «Small» isn’t small. They were 6″ sub size. Empanadas can be a side item… which I would highly recommend! The steak was my favorite due to the mildly spicy chimichurri sauce. Thanks Unilocalers for another hidden gem.

I have found a small jewel in the heart of East Boca and it’s Argentinian! I first saw it on Unilocal review and could not believe that it had so many great reviews and I had never been there. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, the service is fast and attentive. Their cheese and onion empanadas are reason for a argument if they only have one, their steak is juicy, soft, flavorful and comes accompanied by their homemade Chimichurri. As sides for their dishes they offer rice and beans, mashed potatoes, potato salad(must try!) and others. They also have sandwiches, different flavors of empanadas, sweets, guarana(Brazilian soda!). I learned that Saturday nights they can get pretty busy as I went with friends and we ended up celebrating a birthday and our waitress was gracious not only to bring a slice of cake with a candle as she also gave the cake as a birthday treat. The funny part was that there was another birthday girl with a big table of friends who came to our table to cheer with my friend and wish her Happy Birthday. I will be back over and over and over…

I used to come order from here at least once a week, YEARS ago. Not quite sure why I stopped going but I’m so happy I saw this place again on Unilocal! Last night I ordered the steak sandwich no mayo add cheese and my order came wrong. I did NOT complain because it was still delicious! So delicious I even came back tonight! When I placed my order they realized it was me and THEY mentioned how they messed up my order and how sorry they were. I told them not to worry about it and how it tasted so good i had to order again! lol I go pick up my sandwich(which they made correctly) and they’re so nice they made it up to me. That’s what I call great hospitality! When a customer doesn’t even say anything yet the restaurant still decides to make things better. Oh and let’s not forget… **BESTCHIMICHURRIAROUND!!!**

Found this place on Unilocal one night after beaching it all day and hungry for some beef. Being in South FL i decided to do like the Romans do and look for some«parrilla» house and I found«TAD». NOTE: I was there on nov 2014 while visiting Highland Beach. I as back 4 dos. ago and the banner was not there so i thought there was no more TAD ! I’m glad to see you are still serving«parrilladas pa’chuparse los dedos»! See you in march 2016 ! Aloha!

Just got three empanadas as carryout from here. One was roasted onions and cheese reminded me of a pierogi in flavor. One was spinach and cheese which was excellent. Didn’t get to the third one — someone else ate it. Was bummed that they were out of the sweet corn ones. $ 2.24 each.

Small, simple yet pleasant place. The food was very good, if on the salty side. The beef and chicken empanadas were big, juicy and tasty. The milanesa de carne was excellent, and the parilla was almost as good as in Buenos Aires(: All in all the joint should get 4.5 stars. Check it out.

Slowly has become my favorite lunch spot in Boca. The steak sandwich just never gets old. They make their own fresh bread, the steak is tender and seasoned, the fries are thin and crispy. Sandwich, fries and a drink for under $ 10, can’t beat it. Everything else on the menu is excellent as well. This place has that home-cooked feel to it. If you haven’t, please stop in and give this place a try.

Definitely a hidden gem. A diamond in the rough! Started off with their famous empanadas — and boy they really should be the talk of the town! I enjoyed the all beef and the spinach and cheese empanadas packed full of flavor! Served nice and warm to the table and suddenly within a blink of an eye they were gone. Could not keep our hands off them! I ordered the steak for dinner with 2 sunny side up eggs(well done) and a side of rice & beans. Everything was perfect. The steak was cooked to perfection, rice was just like home! I haven’t enjoyed a meal like this in such a while. It could fool you to be home cooked! The real winner out of everything is their steak sauce. The amazing chimichurry sauce OHMYLANTA it was beyond amazing so fresh ugh. I packed the rest of it in my doggy bag! Couldn’t throw that away no way. I would definitely go back to this place! So heavenly! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.

This was our second visit and this time sat at table and had lunch, rather than take out. First, don’t be turned off by the run down strip mall and challenging parking lot lay-out. The Argentinian Deli is a GEM which deserves its strong reviews, and will be appreciated by Unilocalers who like small family run restaurants serving up fresh, tasty, authentic food. Tables sit about 30, it’s tight inside. So all you adventuresome UnilocalELITESANDTHOSESTRIVINGFORSAME, drive over here and get some really good food! They have a wide selection of empanadas, made fresh throughout the day, displayed at the counter. Observed lots of take out orders at lunch time(really really busy), and some sold out. Be patient, if you can, they are cooking more in the back. The CHICKEN and BEEF filled ones were awesome(see pics). Tried an 8 inch sandwich on incredibly tasty, slightly toasted bread of MILANESAPOLLO. It melted in my mouth, the sauce added was just right, did not overpower the chicken. A side of POTATOSALAD was yummy, with peas and carrots, not overly creamy, a bit too cold, needed to get room temp. Bought a huge GUAVAFILLEDPIE which was not made by them, but the owner proudly said it was made by an Argentenian woman who baked it at home and it was real good. I took his word, brought it to a July 4 dinner, and it was a hit. Everyone had two pieces — and I had cut large slices. So you may not buy an entire pie(if they even have one available), but strongly suggesting you try their desserts. Next visit I will become more adventuresome and do a mixed grill with Aregentenian meats. Saw it served at a table next to me(on a warmer grill) and it was fierce. NOTE: they proudly post a sign stating none of their meats/poultry are frozen. Only downside was service at the table was competing with take-out line, and there didn’t appear to be a logic as to who got served first — us sitting at a table or the people waiting on line. When I walked up to the counter to ask if I should place my order there, I was advised I could, or she would be right over to take the order at the table. I opted for giving the order at the table, which may have been a mistake, as we were not served until all of the line disappeared. It was worth the wait, now I better understand the«protocol». Everyone speaks English as well as Portgugese. If you are not concerned with real simple décor, a bit tight seating, and a little haphazard service, GO! The food was inexpensive, fresh, and really good. Now I know why they are so crowded — mostly with Argentinians who know authentic cooking outside of their country.
