Ruby Tuesday

We came to celebrate my mothers birthday and had the worst service ever. We weren’t greeted for about 20 mins. No drinks no silver wear. I had to get up and get our own silver wear. I would say the food was good but the service was not worth it. I would not recommend ruby Tuesdays especially since you have so many other options here at mizner.

This is a very nice looking Ruby Tuesday with both outdoor seating or indoor seating along a large window facing the main drag in Mizner Park. It’s much nicer dining room than the usual Ruby Tuesday probably because it used to be some other restaurant.
The salad bar is fresh, our server was great, and our food came out exactly as ordered. This restaurant is a very good alternative to the pricier places in this area.

The food is good but I was in the men’s room and saw an employee walk right out of a stall (with no sink) and go outside. When I walked out I saw him refilling the salad bar. Put me off my meal.

Wow! What a gorgeous location for a Ruby Tuesdays! I can see how this Ruby Tuesdays would get turned down because there are so many other dining options surrounding it. I’m not sure why Ruby Tuesday’s is struggling so much with business because every time I eat here the food is always fresh and delicious. Plus they always have a promotion BOGO or $ 5 off $ 15! I get their emails almost weekly so I always use a coupon here. I love the salad bar and always find the ingredients to be very fresh. The croutons are the best croutons EVER and I think sometimes we come to Ruby Tuesday just because we are craving their salad bar because of the croutons and BACON! My fiancé always gets a burger with bacon and sweet potato fries while I opt to be healthy and just get plain grilled chicken with spaghetti squash and or grilled zucchini. I’m not sure how they cook their burgers here or chicken but they are always so juicy and delicious! The only thing bad I have to say about this visit is the server was whack. No personality at all and seemed annoyed by our business. Don’t remember his name but he was younger and was very slow anytime we asked for anything.

I hate giving chain restaurants this many stars but the burgers at this place are off the chain delicious. Came here with family after a day at the pool and thier bacon and sharp cheddar burger was exactly what i wanted. Also the mango margarita to polish it off was divine. Good place to take the family with young kids in Boca.

Made a trip to Mitzner Park, and he wanted to have lunch in town, so we picked this place. We chose outside seating, and were seated immediately. As we looked over the menu, the server asked what we’d like to drink, and he mentioned that there’s an ‘All Day $ 5 cocktail’ menu. I picked a mai tai, then later had a Classic margarita. I didn’t expect much for $ 5, but the mai tai tasted and looked like nothing more than pineapple juice with a dark rum floater; I’ve had many many mai tais over the years, and this didn’t cut it. The margarita tasted like lemonade; no taste of tequila at all. The food was okay, chose the buffalo chicken fingers with fries, and he had a steak, salad bar and fries. We also had fried mozzarella sticks for our appetizer. All in all, I’d still eat there if in the area and don’t want to spend much, but I may have to try more expensive drinks, to see if the quality of the drinks are better than the cheaper ones offered.

The food was reasonably priced as were the drinks. The server was exceptionally attentive, I wish I could remember his name. I wouldn’t give it 5 stars however because the food isn’t anything special, just what you would expect from a ruby tuesday

I have never seen a corporate restaurant chain with so many unprofessional staff. It’s like a giant social hour at one of the booths in the bar. The hostess, manager & 3 servers are joking around, texting on the phone and totally ignoring the customers. This place needs some serious management. If it was not for the salad bar, reasonable menu prices and weekly coupons this place would be empty. The food is average. I won’t be back here every again!

We waited for 14 minutes for the waitress to finally get our orders. It took another 20 minutes for out water and biscuits to arrive. It’s been 25 minutes still no food have arrived. Really bad waitresses and she said we’re understaffed. Food are really small proportions except the burgers and ribs. Burgers are extremely greasy especially the pretzel burgers. Overall it’s a really bad.

So far we’ve waited for 15 minutes to have anyone speak to us… and that was the manager telling me that they are under staffed — like I care! I’m sitting here with three kids-​the restaurant is empty and they can’t even get someone out to take our order… when I asked her if we were going to get service soon she gave me such an attitude. When I tried to place my order she refused to take it but would only take our drinks! When I said we knew our food order she said «I’ll be happy to take your drink order»…really? Then the waiter finally comes out and tells me they are short staffed… again, I don’t care!
The waiter was nice and he tried – but I was already frustrated.

Great Outdoor Tables and Great Waiters.
This Ruby Tuesday has the best outdoor tables in Mizner Park — better than the upscale trendy restaurant directly across from it with the snarky and rude valet service. Just wonderful eating outdoors in the soft warm Florida night under lovely Hispanic style archways! Waiters were hard-​working college students, very personable, helpful, efficient and a pleasure to speak with. Food was the best quality version of the standard Ruby Tuesday menu — quite good at the price.
ONE TIP — FREE PARKING IN THE BACK OF THE BUILDING. No signs for this out in front of businesses because Boca Raton wants you to use the valet service or the very pricey city-​operated on-​street parking. Definitely use the plentiful free parking.
BEST RUBY TUESDAY I have ever experienced — and I have been to dozens in my travels.

Very dissappointed. Celebrating my 5^th year aniversary party of 5… decided to use some giftcards my mom got us for christmas… food was ok… bill came .was told that cards had expired? Only took 2 other two expired 2 days ago. Asked to speak to manager.co-owner benjamin came to the table and said sorry can’t help you and walked away…
Benjamin… even my 80 year old mother asked you to honor cards and you said no. How you treat customers reflect the culture of your business. You might need to hire some management from chicfila. We won’t be back. Delray has more to offer.

It seems most people know Ruby Tuesday for their well done do-​it-​yourself salad bar with those amazing brown croutons that the salad gods some how have been able to repeatedly create with a crunchy outside,
Soft inside and a distinct taste.
This Ruby Tuesday doesn’t disappoint. Dropped in for a Saturday lunch and was surprised to find it pretty dead. Just a few tables filled. It’s a clean and large restaurant with ample indoor and outdoor seating available.
Our service was great –
Our waitress was quick and attentive. Tried the Parmesan chicken sandwich for the first time and was impressed for a «chain» restaurant. The bun was soft and warm, the chicken perfectly seasoned and cooked.

1 ½ stars.
Pros:
*Outdoor dining available (but that is true all over South Florida…)
*Good seafood (smothered in a rich, buttery sauce)
Cons:
*Kitchen messed up my (very simple) order twice in one meal
*Servers, while friendly & eager, need much more training to become professional & efficient
*Pathetic beer selection, especially compared to other establishments in Mizner Park
*Parking garage a bit of a hike from restaurant (inconvenient with children)
*Overall: overpriced, mediocre, unhealthy food
Much better choices in Boca.

First of all… our waiter was awful… we had no menus. no cutlery… we had to ask twice… he rarely came around… salad bar missing items… not replenished… food was not great… will not return… too many other places we can go!

OK place for a quick meal. Nothing special. One thing though… — don’t ever order a steak at this place. They are incapable of getting the temperatures right, ever. I’ve gotten overcooked steaks 100% of the time, and I’ve been there over 30 times as I live a short walk from the restaurant. I usually ask for medium rare, and they always serve it well done and dry. Today I asked for rare and got medium! As such, I only go there when I’m in a hurry and just want something quick to fill me up before I move on to a more decent meal later in the day, or night. Oh, and don’t bother complaining about the overcooked steaks because they don’t care, and sometimes even become argumentative. Hence the one star…

If you want to eat at mizner with a large group or family, without breaking the bank, this is the place to go. Great ambiance, good food and decent prices.

With so many other dining options in immediate walking distance, not really a fan of Ruby Tuesday. In terms of the Mizner Park area, Ruby Tuesday is for sure their most generic restaurant. Came on a Friday night and when you’d expect everywhere to be a wait, here at Ruby Tuesday it was not. The actual restaurant is decently nice, and the booths are a good size. Only real down point of the place is the salad bar area is a bit cramped. And that is really their main attraction here, the salad bar. It is a plus for sure, and comes with most entrée meals as one of the side choices, and even if it doesn’t come with it, it is usually only a few dollars to add it on. Issue with it is that it can be a little messy most of the time, and the area needs to be serviced and cleaned more often in order to be maintained properly.
Our waitress here started well out of the gate, but after our food came she disappeared. I can’t overly complain about the price, it falls into the standard of what you’ll pay when you go out to eat. Although I will say that it is probably the least expensive meal you will be able to find in Mizner Park.

This used to be my favorite Ruby Tuesday location but today’s visit was a total failure.
Josh introduced himself as our server took our order and never seen him again, the salad bar had two empty salad bowls and five empty topping bowls and no croutons, The food runner brought out or steak and lobster dinners and both lobsters were completely tasteless. No one ever came around to see if our food was ok or to offer us refills for our iced teas they never brought out the cheddar biscuits they normally do.
I can see some things slipping when the dinner rush hits but it was around 4 pm and there where plenty of staff to go around this location went from my favorite to I won’t bother going back. Looking at the last few reviews I am not the only Unilocaler who is not a happy camper.

Firstly, I have been to this particular ruby Tuesday’s many times with no problem. Upon being seated by the hostess my husband and I sat there for 15 minutes with not as much as a «hello» or «be with you in a minute.» Meanwhile there were at least 5 other waiters walking around us. We finally got up and left with out even being noticed. We decided to have lunch at Yard House instead, where we were seated, greeted, and had our orders taken all within 5 minutes. We won’t be back to this ruby Tuesdays.
