I was looking to go to a yummy breakfast place with my grandkids so I tried this place that’s 10 minutes from my home. When you go in its a really cute beach atmosphere place and the food was delicious. I ordered a spinach, cheddar & onions omelet with home fries & wheat toast and I really enjoyed it and so did my grandkids. The only negative I have to mention is that service was kind of slow due to there being only one waiter. I will be back though.

Food and service(by the lovely Victoria) are truly top-notch. My 11 year old enjoyed her(pricey but wonderful) strip steak tacos($ 18) with a fresh-from-the garden(no joke — much of it is grown right next door at the chef/owner’s home) salad. My iced blackberry-jasmine green tea(unsweetened) was divine as was the delectable Eggs Florentine($ 13). Fresh seafood — crab, scallops, fish — and grass fed beef(Hubby had a sliced steak salad. So good!). We’ll be back to see Diane and the gang the next time we visit Boca. The relaxed, colorful«beachy» décor is terrific, too. Don’t change a thing! WONDERFUL!!!

This place is so overpriced. I have never paid $ 20 for an omelette. Yes, they do use fresh ingredients. I had a mixed green veggie omelette. The vegetables were tough and not able to cut or chew. I asked for a light amount of feta and it was covered in cheese. When asked if everything was ok I expressed my disappointment and he offered nothing else. The waiter was not concerned and unresponsive to my disatisfaction. I would never recommend this place.

Came in at 1pm. The hostess, Victoria(?), looked frazzled and asked if we had a reservation. We said«no» and I pointed to an open table. She replied«I guess you could sit there» and threw two menus down. I wasn’t sure who our server was because multiple people walked by wihout giving us a second glance. Eventually a guy saunters out of the kitchen and glances in our direction. It takes him another 5 minutes to come over. I clocked it, 13 minutes from when we sat down did he come over to greet us. His name is Joe. So we begin to order but he wasn’t sure what was still available. So he goes to check the kitchen. All my requests required some sort of extreme effort by this waiter. It becomes more obvious later on. Our orders were very simple. Another busser delivers them to us. I ask her for water and butter. She goes to retrieve them. I overhear her ask another waitress who’s job it is to get these items for us. The other responds«Joe’s» and they both roll their eyes. Seems they are aware of his incompetence. We wave to him and ask him for coffee and he fills one cup but not mine. We had to flag him down again to fill mine. Who doesn’t ask everyone at the table if they are ok or want a refill? At this point the hostess had turned her back to the door and was rolling up silverware. In fact, Joe started to roll up silverware with her. That would be okay but there were two tables to my right(out of sight of the hostess) which needed service. Those people sat there waiting for attention too. At least face the door if you are going to do that task! That’s something you do when you have down time and not customers streaming in! Ridiculous. Joe does not seem to concerned about checking on any of his customers. He also has two tables to my left on his watch. I guess he likes rolling up silverware in napkins. I witnessed another waitress busting her chops picking up any neglected tables. She was doing the hostess’ job asking these customers if they had been helped yet. She takes it upon herself to take their orders. She even asked us how we were doing when she walked by, but kept walking without waiting for my response. I would have asked her for our bill at that point. After I flag Joe down and ask him for the bill, he seems surprised except we had sat there with empty plates for 10 minutes. He then actually walks back to his spot rolling up silverware. He suddently stops and you can almost see the thoughts on his face«oh, she asked for the bill» because he stops rolling silverware, and starts to do the math on my tab. That was a bit comical. He overcharges me for an item. When I question him, he challenges me and then looks at the menu and sees I’m right. I ask him if I am going to get a cookie the hostess had been passing around to guests. His response: «We’re a chill place, hold your horses.» Oh my bad! I apologize for wanting decent service. You’re so right! I should be grateful for the slow incompetent service you are providing me and not calling you out on how how poorly you do your job. Btw, «chill» service does not mean mediocre service last time I checked. We never got our cookies. He went back to rolling up silverware and had his back to us the remainder of the time there. No apologies. Evidently, I heard both the hard working waitress and a customer both say«this is the busiest we’ve ever been [or] I’ve ever seen.» If that’s the case, shouldn’t you hustle to get food out and happy customers served? They were closing in two more hours. I think a couple employees checked out literally and the hard working waitress was massaging her temples at one point, so I guess some people handle stress differently than others. A busy restaurant is making money and honestly you should be happy for that business not taking your stress out on your customers(or ignoring them entirely).

Excellent breakfast with unique and organic offerings. I had a soft shell crab omelet. Delicious. Sat outside. Great service. We were here on vacation so not sure we’ll make it back, but if we do we will definitely visit this place again.

This is by far my favorite place to eat. My daughter is obsessed also. Staff is great and owners are amazing ! Always feel at home here with the people and great food. My friend also drives from Miami to eat the eggs Benedict because she said it’s just like her grandma makes. You will not be disappointed when you come here… I’m actually thinking of throwing a baby shower here if possible. Love this place !

First time here. The atmosphere was really nice and the waiters were very friendly. Small dinning area but very comfortable. There was three to our party. Food was delicious and nice portions. As an appetizer, we had the smoked fish with capers, it was very tasty. I had an Avocado, tomato and provolone cheese omelet. My husband had a Chargrilled Burger. My girlfriend had the Corvina tacos they looked really good accompanied with a side arugala and others greens salad. Had Mamosas and Coronas. We live in West Palm Beach and it was worth the drive. Will be definitely back will be back.

Haven’t been to the Beach House in a while because it’s a far drive from my house. Howard and his wife still on the top of their game with fresh food and great service. I’ve said it once I’ll say it again his Corned beef hash is the best in all the land and I’ve eaten hash all over the U.S. You’ll never meet another guy who puts more effort in his food and presentation then Howard. Howard loves to grow as much herbs and greens at his home garden so to deliver freshness to anyone of his ever changing daily specials. Lastly try his fresh soups from scratch never a disappointment. Wish I lived closer my wife and I would never fire up the stove again.

We stopped here after a morning at the beach, and chose this place based on its Google reviews. It was the off season and we were the only ones in the restaurant. I ordered the Corvina fish tacos, my companion ordered the crab cakes. Both dishes were delicious and yummy. Both the crab and Corvina were treated expertly. The waiter was attentive, efficient, and prompt without being obtrusive. For some reason I had a feeling he was one of the owners although I might be wrong. Yes it is pricey, but so is everything in Boca. We paid $ 15 for parking at the public beach park nearby so we figured restaurant prices wouldn’t be any different. I imagine this place is packed during the busy season.

This is indeed the best kept secret on Palmetto Park Road! The crabmeat is the most delicious, freshest I’ve ever had. Maryland or Soft Shell, both are fantastic. The omelletes are some of the most creative and all are the most delicious I’ve ever had. The freshest ingredients and made-to-order service, make all the difference. The staff makes you feel like family each and every time and if you’re lucky enough you may even get a personal visit from the owners thanking you for your visit. The thanks was indeed all on this side of the table… my favorite creation here(yes, everything is prepared exactly how you request it) is probably the Omelette with Crab, Green Peppers, Onions and Cheddar. The home fries complete the tastebud explosion! I can’t wait to get back to Boca to experience everything else on their extensive menu. The prices aren’t the lowest, but you’ll be happy to pay twice as much once you taste the fresh, robust flavors! That type of attention to detail and quality are priceless! Enjoy!

loved this place! great atmosphere, very lively, and surprisingly mazing food! I’m a huge egg lover, and they had really good portion of eggs with steak and grits. Excellent service, the waitress was very engaging and genuine, I could tell she knew her stuff with all the dishes. DESSERT is a MUSTHAVE!

Really good fresh Inventive menu. They tend to incorporate fresh fish or seafood into omelets or Benedicts which I love. Home fries are decent. The multi grain toast is excellent. Had salmon cheese spinach omelet. It was great. Wife had avocado crab omelet with goat cheese. Really tasty. Not a hint of seafood smell. Fresh apple juice, fresh lemonade. They clearly take extra steps to be better than standard stop. One check minus: Their jelly for toast is smuckers. A place like this should make their own jelly/jam and sell it. They’re better than smuckers. Kids chicken and fries looked fantastic. Good easy service. Friendly staff. Been here before. Coming back. Menu tends to change for positive. They clearly care about their food.

Small but relaxed! They don’t have coolers so the menu is limited. What we had for wraps were very good.

Yes it’s a little pricy for lunch/breakfast. but they are pretty much the only game in town for quality food steps from the beach so it’s to be expected. We came for lunch on a sunday, we sat outside and there are about 6 outside tables. The menu serves breakfast all day as well as a bunch of lunch sandwiches and salads. I Ordered a bloody mary to drink. And ate the daily special of crab meat tacos. The tacos came with the choice of side of fries, salad, or Cole slaw. I got the salad. The BF got the horseradish crusted fish with fries. The bloody mary was great. The mix was nice and spicy. My food was fantastic. The tacos were STUFFED with chilled crab meat, lettuce, tomato, and avocado. There was a spicy sauce for the tacos and the salad came with a simple oil/balsamic dressing. The crab was so plentiful I was happy I had the salad to use to eat up the crab that fell from the taco shell. The BF thought his food was good but not amazing. His sandwich came on a huge chiabatta bread and he said it was a bit dry. All in all our meal was about 45 bucks, a bit pricy for two lunch entrees, but it was tasty and healthy enough where I didn’t feel full and gross on the beach right after.

Seems like people either love it or hate it. Have to say we loved it. Given that the outside and inside have two totally different vibes, I’d say your experience may depend on where you sit. We sat outside and it was quite pleasant, if not breezy! The inside looks like a beach house(well, duh) with light blue walls, white wicker furniture, etc. Interesting look, kinda like grandma’s beach house back in the 80’s. Service was friendly and attentive with two staffers manning the patio so we never really had an issue getting another beer or our check. Food came out fast and was quite tasty. Wife had the fish tacos and I had a really terrific burger with sweet potato fries. Both were sizable and had a healthy share of toppings. As this place is focused on breakfast and lunch, the menu revolved around items like omlettes, sandwiches, etc. You can breakfast served all day which is pretty sweet if you’re looking for pancakes for lunch. Which really, who doesn’t love that?! Beer service is in bottle and is limited to some basic domestics and a few outliers like Corona which is what we ultimately went with. We spent $ 57 with tax and tip for 2 lunch entrees and 3 beers. Pricey for lunch? Eh… compared to fast food maybe but this is Boca after all… This is a solid choice if you’re in the area and looking for a decent lunch. Food isn’t going to change your world but sometimes you just want something you can count on. This is your place.
