Frog’s Fix is a lovely, little coffee parlor on Boise’s Bench. Whenever I pop in, there might be kids from one of the surrounding schools nabbing some of the freshly-baked and moderately priced goodies from the counter. Drip coffees are absurdly low-priced. However, I’ve had an Americano that was so acidic it was hard to drink. Location is a tight squeeze; this isn’t the type of place you come to chill with your laptop. But the proprietors are very friendly and warm. They have a stamp card system so you can earn a free drink in no time. Very worth supporting this fun café!

What an adorable coffee shop! We stopped in during the afternoon when there was plenty of available seating and a steady flow of customers. I was prepared to pay a little more based on other reviews and was shocked that the looseleaf mint tea I ordered was only $ 1.00. That’s right, $ 1.00. Excellent value and friendly service. We’ll be back.

Frog Fix is a little out of the way for me, but the coffee is always superb and the baristas are always so friendly. I’ve tried London Fogs everywhere in Boise and without a doubt, Frog Fix takes the cake for best London Fog. It’s pretty small with just a small bar to sit, but I try to come here when I just want to grab somewhere to go. I wish Frog Fix had a bigger space but at the same time I like the quiet, home-y feel to it, too. Definitely a local Boise fave.

It is always nice when I have time to go off my usual path to get to Frog’s Fix. The baristas are friendly and they have Monin syrup. I love Monin, it tastes so much truer to the flavor, not just straight up sweet. Made my pumpkin latte one of my faves. Usually by this point in fall, I tire out on pumpkin but it was much appreciated. Anyways, Frog’s has it’s own baked items and the selection changes. They also have homemade soups(if you follow on facebook, they usually post the flavor). They also have a great selection of creative drinks. Tuesday’s are happy hours for educators!

Sloooooow… They are very sloooow. I was at the counter for 7 minutes. Only customer. One drink. The don’t have a drive thru either which is a big factor for me having kids. I don’t want to have to unload all of them for a cup of joe. They are literally right around the corner. I’ve been once about a year ago and I haven’t been back since. Coffee wasn’t remarkable.

Nice find traveling through Idaho. Great latte and the berry scone and banana choc chip bread were both great. Not any seating inside to speak of but a beautiful day on their deck.

Just tried the rice crispy treat today! It was delicious, and had some chunks of caramel and chocolate in it! I’m salivating thinking of it right now

I stopped into this spot due to fellow Unilocalers! There is little room inside, but it is decorated very well and inviting. The staff was welcoming, she was able to carry on a conversation with me while making my coffee. The coffee was excellent, it is strong and flavorful but not bitter. As I had already cheated with a coffee I did not get any of the baked goods. They looked delectable and priced fairly. The ONLY reason I give four stars instead of five is due to a lack of indoor seating. I like to sit and enjoy my coffee and a book at the same time. I will be back!

This is a fun little spot– I got the lavender latte and liked it although I didn’t taste lavender at all. I liked the vibe but would prefer if there was room for comfortable indoor seating. The outdoor seating was hot and the umbrellas weren’t helping at all.

This is a cute little coffee shop to chill at and the baristas were nice. It’s kind of in a weird place and easy to miss. The prices are a little high. But I’ll be coming back next time i’m in the area.

So great to see a coffee shop outside the typical downtown location. Add to that their homemade chai(if you like sweet chais rather than spicy, try it with a shot of vanilla– it’s probably the best chai I’ve ever had in Boise) and their fantastic espresso, and we have a great find!

This place is nifty! It’s small and trendy with wonderful coffee and treats. Pros: Great coffee, friendly service, variety of homemade items, outside seating, and many menu items that you won’t typically find at other coffee places. Cons: Pretty pricey, location is too small(the first time I visited here I had to leave to go to another coffee shop because there were no tables to do homework inside). For a casual coffee stop this place is great! Wonderful baked treats and good service. Although the small space deters me from going here to get work done or meet someone for a coffee date.

Love love love this place… warm friendly service. The young lady running the shop is a joy with an infectious laugh. Coffee is great pastries are delicious nice place to relax and enjoy yourself. Very small but outside seating available… now this is not your DB or SB coffee quick stops but a great little shop to get a good cup of coffee and a smile.

This could be trouble. First time in and I am delighted with my Mexican Mocha and sun dried tomato cream cheese scone. If I am going to add this treat to my ritual, at least it is close enough for a nice little walk with the dog. I think he’s going to like this place too.

OMG! It was my first time ever going to this cute little coffee shop! I thought it was cozy and friendly. The 2 girls that were working there were really nice. I would totally go back again. This coffee shop will probably be my new coffee hangout!

Update 5÷2÷2014: I decided Frog’s fix deserves a one– star bump for their baked goodies. So far I have tried the apple bread, red velvet muffins, brownie bites and a lemon poppy seed muffin. All have been delicious, and very reasonably priced to boot. Just perfect to accompany the afternoon shot of espresso.

Great little local shop. The coffee is excellent & sourced from an Idaho roaster. The pastries are also baked in house daily. Tina is great & very friendly. The atmosphere is modern & clean, but has a modest DIY feel at the same time. It’s location is a little off the beaten path, but that’s also what I kind of like about it, because in this area the closest place to get coffee is Moxie, which I have always found mediocre at best. Super stoked to have found this place, I encourage everyone to check it out!
