I was a little scared to come in after reading some reading all the other reviews. But I live in Meridian, and short on time one day, went in, two month old baby in tow. There was a group of women knitting who warmly welcomed me and cooed over my baby, assuring me she would be fine in her carseat next to them, so I could walk around the shop. The place is small, with a smaller selection than the other LYS in the valley, but they had a decent selection, and I found exactly what I was looking for. The lady who checked me out was very nice.

Moved down Fairview between Cloverdale and Eagle across from Wal-Mart. Looked promising at first but after a couple of years at this new location it is back to being dismal. Hardly any yarn… Really like one or two skein of this or that. Just depressing.

The woman who was working here was a total bitch, blonde with mousy hair and glasses. She was unattentive and dismissive. Also, they have a scant selection of yarns. You’re better off to go elsewhere and not waste your time here.

Rudest people ever. I hate to go in, and they are absolutely last resort. I feel like an Imposition every single time. Never even a hello or a thank you, like they’re doing me a favor by taking my money.
