I’ve been to this store at least a hundred times and it’s VERY hit-​or-​miss.
Hits:
A solid, basic selection.
Spacious restroom and nice drinking fountain.
They accept competitor’s coupons, and they always have their own coupons out, too.
Misses:
They only change up their core merchandise once or twice a year. They don’t have the newest/​latest color or product line.
If you are lucky enough to find someone on the salesfloor, don’t bother asking them a question. I’ve witnessed them giving out the WRONG information about products.
The checkout process is atrocious. There’s always a line and I’ve often left my basket without waiting to check out.
Restrooms sometimes not clean.
I like to go in and browse, and I’ll occasionally buy something. My interest is definitely waning and eventually I won’t bother going at all.
