So here we are two and a half years later and I still love my spa! Everything works great and I hardly notice it on my electric bill. I was having some water issues because I couldn’t seem to get the chemicals right. I’m color blind and sometimes reading the test strip is a bit of a challenge. I took a sample in to the store and they tested it. The read out they gave me explained exactly what to add and how ugh to get my water crystal clear again. What awesome customer service! So glad I bought this from Snake River Pool And Spa.

We did a full year of research before buying from Snake River Pools & Spa. We met JJ and he was so helpful. We loved working with him and before we bought our Hot Springs spa he came out to our house to make sure that where we wanted to put it would be the best as well as make sure we could get it in our backyard. He also had us come into the store and try them out to see which one we liked best. JJ was excellent and so was the crew that came and did all the electrical. We have now had our Hot Springs Spa for 5 months and we sit in it every night. We love it and are so glad we bought the one we did from JJ.

We moved into a new house with a hot tub already in the back yard. We’d never owned one before so we had no clue how to care for it, or how to clean it in such poor condition.
The staff here is incredible. They are always very patient with my (many) questions, and they have a play area for the kids while they looked up parts and tested water. They recommended products to fix it up and clean it out, but I never felt like I was being «sold». I won’t be going anywhere else for my hot tub, thanks Snake River!
