What I expect from a Starbucks. Fast, friendly, clean, and a great coffee! And drive thru for those on the go, was quick. Close by several hotels, ours included. Yup, going back there tomorrow to.

10 out of 10 drink consistency.
Very nice shop inside.
Use the nearby street light to your advantage to get in to the parking lot by going behind the bank next door. :)

This Starbucks is the worst in Boise. What happened to customer service, this place has none. maybe hire some people who know what the hell they’re doing especially your shift manager. They have a pumpkin spice drink I was able to order it from two other Starbucks locations, they told me yes it doesn’t come out until September 8 but was happy to do it I came to this one and of course the customer is never right. If I’m not desperate to have coffee in this area it’ll definitely be Dutch brothers. The only thing the shift manager kept saying over and over well it’s corporate it’s corporate well how come to other Starbucks two different locations can make a drink to make customers happy knowing you already have the ingredients wow way to go now honestly I don’t even believe they deserve it one star but I wouldn’t be able to put anything on here if if it was up to me there’d be no stars. Signed someone who drinks coffee every single day

I felt compelled to write an update on my last review. I came in last Friday and ordered an iced caramel macchiato stirred. Again this time it do not come stirred but the female barista was happy to stir it for me. It tasted much better than the last time almost darn right perfect. Like I said it’s a hit or miss here.

Very awesome store, beautiful layout and location. Staff very friendly and fast, went in here 3 days in a row and no long lines and waiting forever to get your drink as is the case at many of the SBUX locations.
Really liked the layout of the store, great atmosphere and super friendly staff.

I came to this Starbucks while visiting my mom. This Starbucks is very clean, has plenty of seating, and family friendly. They’ve got a changing station and high chairs. Staff is very friendly.

I got a latte through the drive thru and after I got it it was an inch and a half below the top of the lid! I took a picture and came back the next day showed them and they still made me pay for a new coffee! Absolutely ridiculous! I will never go to this location ever again and I am going to tell everyone I know!

This place has a classic Starbucks feel. The interior is just bright enough with the typical beiges and greens, plenty of merch, an awesome staff, and plenty of seating. Personally, considering the location I was kind of shocked. It looks smaller than it is from the outside but there is quite a bit of space in there. They have a number of comfortable lounging chairs and more than enough tables including about 3 bar style tables and chairs too. I enjoy this location because it is a good one to take the laptop out and work. It does get busy but the design of the location, it’s a rectangular store, helps to cut down on the noice even on the busiest of mornings.

Other than traffic on Overland making getting out of the parking lot being a bit dicey at times, I ADORE this Starbucks location. It is my reward spot after surviving shopping at the HELL that is WalMart, which is across the street. They are quick to take your order and on par with wait times at other Starbucks locations in Boise. I’ve had some great short chats with the folks working the drive up window.

Since i was doing the drive from Denver to Portland — this was indeed right at the right spot for us to stop. Right when we needed it!
Great location to walk the dogs around some water and bronze statues that the dogs thought was real! hahahah!

Good location off I-​80 for those of us traveling though. Friendly staff. Typical Starbucks coffee. Location a little small if you are looking for a place to hang and spread out. Perfect for a grab and go and service was fast. Also has a drive-​through.
