Great service and awesome tacos! I had the pulled pork carnitas and citrus shredded chicken tacos. Both were very flavorful they offered an avocado sauce or a Chipotle sour cream I’m boring and didn’t opt for either. I’m sure they were great. The guy and girl working the cart were so nice! Find them and go visit them!

FYI: She’s across from the Egyptian Theater — ignore the Apple Maps!!! HOLYSMOKES — This lady knows how to make a street taco! Vegan /GF options, and yummy yummy carnitas! She was a little hard to find, as Unilocal doesn’t let her put her street cart location on the map(why? this is insane!!!) –but we called her and she guided us to her mecca of amazing late-night Taco-ness. It was fun eating on the corner where you can people watch Boise’s finest drunks, college students, families, and colorful friendly characters ramble through the city. Do not bother w/the Hot Dog guy across the street:)

I was travelling through Boise in September and found this GREAT Taco stand after a hard night of Bar Hopping and not wanting a steamed HotDog I was surprised at the quality and great flavor of the food I ordered 2 and ended with 4 the Chicken was my favorite and was surprised with the veggie flavor A MUST for all who crave the Taco.

The most amazing late night food for your weekend out! It’s the healthier option when craving some Mexican deliciousness not only is it all homemade but all natural as well. Great vegetarian options and the most flavorful meat selection. Support your local business and treat your taste buds at the same time. Peace love and TACOS!

Hands down the best taco stand in the Treasure Valley! Generally has 3 meats to choose from as well as an awesome vegan/vegitarian selection. Everything is cooked fresh and it shows in the quality of the food and ingredients. Tacos, burritos, fajitas, other items depending on the day. Even the rice and 2 bean side selections are amazing! The young lady running the show has a gift for cooking and I wish her and her Uncle all the best in success. Next time your downtown on a weekend go to the Egyptian Theatre and you should find them set up. Otherwise check out the fb page for other locations during the week.
