So I have been going to this food stand for the last year. At least two times per week. This place is awesome. All you have to do to avoid the waiting for your sandwich is get her cellphone number from her and you can call in your order and come pick it up. I have tried most of the things on the menu and everything so far has been phenomenal. If you have the kind of hunger that can only be killed by a serious amount of food go with the chilli spaghetti. Pretty much 3 pounds of amazing pasta too keep you full all day. If you haven’t gone drop what your eating and go now.

Alright, when you first stroll into this place you might question just what you’re getting yourself into. It is, afterall, in the parking lot of a smoke shop that was a gas station. Not exactly the beginning of your typical«That was an excellent restaurant!» speech. But keep walking toward the window. You’ll meet a friendly lady that will be ultra friendly and always willing to give out samples if you’re unsure of what you’re looking for. From there, order the philly steak, it’s delicious, hot and complete. You’ll bite into a smoking hot sandwich that is made even better with grilled jalapenos. Tons of onions and mushrooms come together to make an excellent philly. Native Taters is the best food at cheap prices. $ 4.75 gets you a big Philly steak and a side. Go immediately.

this place is so good, had the philly with the chilli for 5 $!!! and they both hit the spot, i actually feel happy at work because of the happiness from the food is sticking with me all day. you can get a 99cent 20oz soda from the smokeshop too if you dont want to pay 1 $ for a 12oz at the stand. food does take about 15 minutes to come out, but its very good feels and tastes very fresh. definitely coming back. seems to be family run. some outdoor seating as well.

If you can get there when they are open(hard to figure out when…) the food is awesome! Sure, it takes a bit longer than a hamburger joint but the food is worth the wait. The pork tenderloin philly is a great adaptation of the classic. The Reuben is piled high with savory meat(I thought I was back in «Jersey’!). Try the chili spaghetti for a change of taste. Deli style sandwiches are served on good artisan bread. Just remember that it is cash only!

No Joke. This place is delicious. Sam-the lady always gives free samples of new things and they are great. Sure-she doesn’t have the sandwich already made up so you gotta wait a couple minutes, but it’s well worth it. It’s better than eating at grandmas. Get the philly or the reuben with baked potato soup($ 5) for the meal and you’ll never go anywhere else.

This place is an absolute gem. There is nothing like this anywhere near Boise, trust me. The potaato salad is to die for and the sandwich’s are on target.
