For the second time I have received horrible service from this papa johns, I am never going to order from this papa johns in particular ever again. They always give me problems. I was told my pizza would be here in 40 – 50 minutes and it took and hour and 20 minutes and they were not willing to give a discount for that. The manager has also been extremely rude to me, very disappointed with their service.

Since this place changed management, it’s become less about customer service and more about what’s convenient for them. Id suggest going somewhere else.

Great service for a chain pizza place. The guy running the store James was really friendly and made a perfect pizza. Much higher quality than i would expect from chain pizza place and very fast as well.

I’ve been a Papa John customer since they’ve been in Boone. I’ve been a customer right outside of their delivery area.
Out of courtesy they have delivered to me since they’ve been open. maybe 10yrs? I’ve always shown my appreciation by being a generous tipper…
Now they are under new management and will no longer be delivering to me. I was informed that I’m messing up their numbers and thus can no longer make a deliver to me.

Love Papa John’s Pizza! Ordered over the phone and picked it up 15 minutes later. Good to go and mine tasted great. Wife thought hers was a little saltier then other Papa John’s we have been to.

I’m writing this review based mainly on customer service. while visiting I got snowed in and couldn’t get out. Running out of food and the grocery store not happening I ordered Pizza, they told me I was out of their delivery area but when I told them my situation the driver said he would make it as far up the mountain as possible if I could try to meet him at least on the main rd.
So at 8:30 in the dark in a 12 degree snow storm, I headed down the Mt. on foot with my sled and retrieved my pizza!
The pizza’s and wings were great! This guy went way above and beyond! KUDOS and THANK YOU AGAIN

Use to work here as well and i have to say i was always proud to work there because the corp PJ-​s as well the district MGR and operating partner really cared about the place being super clean and good product quality. It was nice to see a guy drive from a city 1 hour away to the boone store because he said the product up here was better lol. That says a lot — I can say it is a quality place to eat.
