Dunkin’ Donuts

Tonights visit started out with Ahmad flirting with two girls while customers waited in line. Luckily another employee came over to take my order. I used my aPP to pay. While sitting down to enjoy my drink, Ahmad continued to flirt with the two girls and used foul language. Glad there were no impressionable young children present.

The store is very clean.
Walked up to register three people hanging around one talking to two girls obviously trying to get a date for prom.
I asked for a medium ice coffee and although I don’t need it a blueberry streusel crossaint donut. Paid with my app got my donut and moseied on down to get coffee. Coffee perfect & chilled. I chose the seat by the window as I was waiting for BF to get his order. Ahmed the «barista «was chatting again with the two girls. He was totally distracted by them and he did tell one of the girls I’m assuming her friend that he thought the girl she was with was F$&ing hot. Hello I’m no prude but you just don’t do that. At all.

Have been here a number of times… but yesterday I picked up a couple of coffees, always pretty good, and a box of Muchkins. Once home, I tried 3 different flavored Muchkins… every one of them was stale/hard…this was at 2pm. Not fresh, not even close to fresh. Must have been yesterdays. I’ll still get coffee here when in the area, but will skip the donuts (guess they don’t have enough «time to make the donuts»). Just a note, service was fine, friendly.

I just left the location with a couple of beverages. We got home to discover that one of the cups was about 65% full. I generally check fast food but never coffee. Why? Why? WHY???

Here’s the story of how I went from loving to hating a Dunkin location over the course of four days.
Monday: I am trying this location not for the first time but testing it as a solid morning coffee location. I order an XL decaf with coconut flavor and steamed almond milk. The man making my drink told me he was going to try his best to make it perfect. He did not disappoint!
Tuesday: I order the same drink. It’s okay but not as good as Monday. No big deal.
Wednesday: Meanest lady ever takes my drink over. She gives me attitude. When I tell her I’d please like my almond milk steamed, she says, «I got it.» with tone. I’m paying extra, you know. I ask the guy making my drink if she noted on cup to steam milk, and he says no, but he’ll do it. The resulting drink is gross and has no flavor. In addition, I had trouble paying with my app and had to run to my car and get my wallet.
Thursday: I order the same drink. After I pay, the guy tells me there’s no almond milk. Honestly if I had known that, I would’ve left because I wasn’t feeling black coffee. But alright. He hands me a bag with a donut, and I say, «That’s not mine.» With a smile on his face like he’s doing me a big favor, he says, «It is now.» I say I don’t eat donuts and ask him to reimburse me for the almond milk he doesn’t have. He gives me a quarter from the tip jar.
I’m never going back there again. Maybe I’m just weird, but I’m actually offended he thinks a free donut can win me over. I don’t like donuts, I’m vegan. Even if I did like donuts, why does he think a donut I didn’t even choose will make it up to me?
I hate this place. I have yet to find a Dunkin with consistent product and service. At least that’s one thing Starbucks gets right.

As always, I am a big proponent on two thing when it comes to Dunkin… consistent coffee no matter where I go and good service. Well I’ve been here twice, ordered the same thing both times and they weren’t even consistent within THIS location. Yeah, I get it… it’s coffee and you’re at the mercy of the person making it, but there should never be an excuse for screwing up a cup of coffee.
First time I came here — everything was fine– Hazlenut, cream, two equals and a perfectly fine coffee roll. Second time — same order… and a) they MUST have used milk and b) the coffee roll was stale — despite being here in the morning. I don’t know if the person taking my order didn’t understand me, I was pretty clear (especially since I have never ordered milk in my coffee-​EVER), but there is no excuse for stale donuts… none. If this were the first time I stopped in here they would have gotten 1-​star.

Clean and efficient fast friendly service. Ice coffee was delish despite me being a Starbucks snob. Good job.

Such a shame as this was labeled one of the best dunkin in at least the morris county area. Lately the coffee has been beyond burnt and just disgusting tasting. I’ve had to bring numerous cups back in because it was absolutely undrinkable. For 2.20 (or close to it) per medium, I expect a good tasting cup of coffee.

Awful experience here. The crew hardly speaks English and the donuts are from the day before… the old fashioned was so dry I had to give up, and the jelly one had almost no jelly inside. Never again for me.

Like someone else said, this is my favorite Dunkin in New Jersey. I’ve tried A LOT of different Dunkins but this is the only one that seems to get my coffee just the way I like it. A lot of them even know my face and order by heart. Will always stop at this Dunkin before I leave town!

Mediocre as per usual w Dunkins. I stopped in the other morning at 5am to get a box of coffee, there was a wait which I expected for a large order. A line slowly formed behind me even tho there appeared to be several people working. They just aren’t efficient here in terms of working smarter not harder. I’ll admit I was tired and cranky but I asked for a tiny cup of almond milk for the coffee to go and was told there was an upcharge. While I get that you may need to charge for the 3 oz of almond milk, the wait time it took for my order and other much simpler orders to get filled was not worth it for me at that point so I made an annoyed comment and walked out. This is def not my dunkin of choice nor will it prob ever be.

My fav Dunkin in all of New Jersey… And I have experienced a lot. Staff is great, if u have an issue with ur drink they will be happy to fix it. They make my drink exactly how i say it. Today I got a medium caramel iced coffee with whip cream. It was perfect, wasn’t watered down, sweetness level was great. And they also honor my coupons which I love!

I go to dunkin donuts regularly as i am a big coffee drinker. This location always gets my order right. The service is quick and the sandwiches are always hot and delicious. It is 24 hours which is convenient for students and those who work the night shift. I was there once in the middle of the night and even though i only ordered a hot chocolate, they gave me free coffee and free refills. Only problem is that I couldn’t find a place to charge my phone except where the line forms so they asked me to get out of the way of the other customers. I know this is a popular place and it can get hectic in the mornings before work but I recommend frequenting this place.

Wanna see an example of how to not run a business here you go. Stale donuts poor service unclean facility and old bad burnt coffee all the things you don’t want in a DD you got right here and on top of that it is beeyyooonnnddd slow idk how you can be slow at this job but it’s painful slow.

this place is like every other dunkin… they can’t keep any orders straight, donuts stink, the coffee tasted burnt… and i cant understand ANYTHING the staff is saying…

I don’t even go to a dunkin donuts anymore… The last time I went there my coffee was tasted old and when I asked for milk and sugar they gave me lite and sweat…

This one is like most other dunkin donuts. The guys here could not get my order correct. How hard is it to get me 2 unstweetened large iced teas one with lemon and the other sans lemon? Service was ok, just not impressed with the staff’s ability to get my pretty simple order correct.

The coffee is what you’d expect. It’s the same as any other Dunkin Donuts, but the service is usually rude and the language barrier is typically a problem. It isn’t uncommon for me to repeat my order 2 – 3 times. I can live with all of this, but the overall hygiene of the employees is despicable. A few years ago I ordered an egg sandwich and watched the employee take a bagel (without gloves), wipe his sweaty zit infested face with his hand and continue to make my sandwich. I walked out and boycotted the place for a year. I recently returned and to my surprise the same guy was still working there. I tried to avoid him in line, but couldn’t. I placed another order and this time watched him pick his ear while making my sandwich. This Dunkin Donuts is disgusting. I can only imagine what goes on in the back of the store.

This really is a terrible Dunkin Donuts as the previous reviewers stated. Stale, small and expensive. And they don’t have vanilla kreme!
