cool a coffee cart on the outskirts, just meet the owner jeff he seems cool i will have to try it, checking with some of my friends in that area they love that place, talking with Jeff for a moment he said he has been around since 2001 i think that is great another small business succeeding in our economy way to go Jeff, so everyone keep Portland weird and eat and drink out (GO TO JEFF’S)
