Wow!!! Excellent pulled pork sandwich! The spicy sauce is fantastic and along with the slaw and toasted bun it’s a masterpiece. I also tried the homemade macaroni and cheese and it really hit the spot. The owner asked if I wanted bacon in it. I had to laugh, what isn’t better with bacon. Lastly, the service is great and the owner is very friendly. Stop in and support Porky D’s for some great food and service!!! It’s a great little gem tucked away in Boring!!!

Pretty dang tasty. Pulled pork was juicy, price was fair, and the service was good and very friendly. Only minor complaint is they could be a little more generous with their portions of pulled pork. Other than that, excellent.

Take the Boring /​212 exit off HWY 26. You won’t be sorry for this 3 minute side trip.
Opened December 1, 2015, Porky D’s On The Fly has already got all the new business kinks ironed out. The truck is sharp looking and clean, with everything in place. They have plans for improved outside seating this spring.
I had the Porky D’s famous Original. Tender pulled pork with unique savory spice, topped with angel hair slaw on a toasted roll. Great taste, moist meat and lots of flavor.
My husband had The Hawaiian. Tender pulled pork, Hawaiian flavor, topped with a pineapple ring, Angel hair slaw on a toasted roll. He said he’d for sure get it again.
The deep fried mushrooms were fresh with the hand made beer batter, tasty with just the right amount of crunch on the edges. Mushrooms come with a thick home made ranch dip.
Deep fried pickles are fried in the same beer batter and served with the thick ranch dip. The pickles come out HOT from the deep fryer so caution with your first bite. Yum!
Watch for daily specials in the chalkboard and seasonal deep fried veggies.
What? They have fish and chips too? I guess we’ll have to come back soon. I can only eat so much in one day.

Best pulled pork ever! Wow great prices, quick service and delicious food. Will be back many times so I can try it all.
