Buffalo Wild Wings

I hope they have a plan to change the wait staff and or management when they open the new BWW’s on Airline Dr. Consistently the worst service in bossier city.

I was here on business with a group of co-​workers, and the we decided to have an early dinner. We chose BWW with the expectation that it would live up to the same standards that all of the other franchises in the chain live up to. We walk in and are not greeted by anybody, we stand there for 5 minutes waiting to get seated, only to realize a sign hidden around the corner saying to seat yourselves. We try and find a table but unfortunately I guess this restaurant refuses to hire bussers, because all of the tables were dirty, and unusable. Not once did we see a busser the entire time we were there. The staff seemed unwelcoming and annoyed that we were even there. We eventually found one and sat down, cleaning it up ourselves with wet naps. Our server never checked up on us, never asked how we were doing… So much for Southern hospitality. If I wanted to clean up after other guests and circle the restaurant searching for a table, I would’ve just applied for a job here. The food was mediocre at best. I have a strong suspicion the food was sitting for a while before it was served, due to the temperature inconsistencies between the different dishes. We were constantly running out of our drinks, with the server nowhere in sight to get us refills. I was contemplating just filling out an application and seeing if I get hired, considering I did most of the staff’s jobs anyways. Overall a horrible dining experience, and would not even recommend it to my worst enemy. If you want to work for your dining experience, be my guest and visit this BWW location.

NOPE! If you are in the mood for BWW please drive out of your way to find another one to eat at. The service was awful! I cannot believe how long it took to get water. We got our appetizers and needed ranch… our server was no where to be found. Which was shocking because there were only maybe 3 other tables with people sitting in them in the restaurant. I cannot believe how lazy the staff at that place is. I received better service at Popeyes. Not only was the service bad, but the bathrooms were completely disgusting. One would think that the bathrooms only got cleaned once a week. Yuck! I will definitely not be going back there.

This place is an absolute joke!!! When we showed up there was no hostess and we waited upfront for five minutes before anyone showed up. We got seated outside and after ten minutes of no one speaking to us our extremely rude waitress graced us with her presence. We put in our drink order and she came back with one and a half beers. She set them down at the table and said «this is all we had, we out». Whenever we tasted our one and a half frothy beers they were sour and spoiled. We had to wait forever for our rude waitress to come back outside. When she did we flagged her down and told her the beers were sour, she said «well then what yall want?» I replied that we would like «shock top please» to which she replied «we ain’t got that» (it is clearly listed on the menu both logo and words). We could tell the we weren’t going to get anywhere by arguing with her so we ordered a Budlight and Miller Lite. Upon walking back into the restaurant she says loudly to a passing coworker «I can’t do this shit!» We were shocked at this and planned our escape before she could get back. Right as we were getting up she burst back through the door just as mouthy as before with two full beers. Set them down and walked away without explaining which beer was which or asking us if we needed anything else.
WAKE THE HELL UP MANAGEMENT!!!
You’re running this establishment into the ground!!!
Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy; if it were possible to give you a negative star rating I would have!

Came in 2 – 3 hours before the LSU game in order to get a table and eat some lunch before the game starts. We were told the wait would be 45 minutes, for which the hostess was quite surprised when I told her we would wait. After about 25 minutes I started to notice several open yet unclean tables in the dinning room. To my surprise we were called shortly after this. As we were called a worker runs from the dinning room screaming at the person trying to sit us that they weren’t sitting anyone, the wait is 45 minutes to and hour for all people waiting. That there wasn’t any food left. So my main question was why am I sitting here waiting to be seated if there wasn’t anymore food. We left this dump and will never return.

Ok. Not very please with this experience. Took ten minutes after we were seated to give our drink order and another ten to get the drinks. We ordered wraps and tacos and did not get the food until over an hour after our arrival. Several tables were seated and had their food before we ever got ours. Our service was not that good and the food did not arrive as ordered. Not at all impressed.

This place was a disaster from the start. The hostesses looked lost and overwhelmed. Our party was seated in the bar area and it took us over an hour to get our food served. Once our food was served it was cold and the fries were soggy.
The manger blamed everyone but himself. It was really a horrible food experience. The manager stated «I was brought in here to fix this place» but he was already there for three months. Leadership is taking responsibility and fixing mistakes. He wanted to blame everyone but himself. BFF it was my first experience here in LA and it was a piss poor facility.

I am praying I don’t get sick. I ordered a buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and 2 bites in the chicken was RAW… Not even still frozen, straight up raw. The waitress was very apologetic and took down my information to make a report. I just feel that the manager should have come over and addressed the situation.

I would like to say I go to BWW all the time in my home town and the wings there are the best, but this location is far from good. First we placed our order and 10 minutes later they came back and told me they were out of blue moon sauce. That’s not to bad I just picked another sauce. But then I got my wings. My wings were cold «refrigerator cold» so I told my waitress who touched my wings and verified they were cold, she took half my wings back to the kitchen, surprisingly she returned with my wings rather fast. Then I took a bite and realized some parts were hot and some parts were still cold, she took my refrigerated wings that she touched and microwaved them. They were dry and crispy hot and cold and by far the worst wings I have, I will still go to BWW in my home town but not in Shreveport.

We’ve been sitting here for an hour now and still don’t have our food. The restaurant isn’t even half full. I’m not even going to review the food. I don’t have high hopes after this type of service.
Update: We finally got our food but my order was wrong. I ate it anyway because I was starving, but it was way spicier than anything I would’ve ordered. My friend said hers was okay. The manager ended up comping my sandwich since it was wrong, and she took $ 5 off my friend’s bill. Then, when we paid, the server charged BOTH orders to my friend’s card! The manager ended up comping everything. I won’t be returning here. The food is just not that great and the service needs some serious work!

While the food is OK, the real issue here is the service. I understand the place gets busy, things get hectic, sure, this isn’t about speed of service more so overall accuracy and demeanor of the staff.
Everyone here constantly seems bothered to be working, little attention is paid to your guests, asking any questions on menu gets you a lot of «not sure» or to return with «we are out of that». Drinks stay empty, again, not speed, but when you come to the table and check in, verify the refill, then come back again empty handed it’s a tad annoying.
Most recent visit my wife and I received our food before my son’s, which his was put in with appetizers. Waitress checks in and is shocked to see nothing, leaves a bit and comes back stating they didn’t have apples as a side and that was the hold up, about 25 minutes since we got our entrée’s my son got his. Meanwhile, waiting as to eat in unison, our food gets cold.
It’s a neat place, and makes sense at the boardwalk, however last few visits the service is ever declining and may be some time before we come back, if ever.

Gave this place THREE chances. First one, rude service. second, out of products, third and last strike… our waitress with a lot of piercing on ears and face gave us cold wings! We stopped her before she left and she then gave us another batch on her serving tray that was old and cold! We sent it back and guess what? Thrown in sauce and gave back to us! The same TWO batches we sent back! She combined it and said she wouldn’t charge us for extra wings. HA! She also took .05 off for our military friend. What a joke! Needs new staff that cares about giving great service

I had the parmesan garlic and mild Buffalo sauce The wings was off the hook even though the parmesan garlic needed salt. the kids had chicken tenders and fries and omg my fav was the pretzels and cheese that was the most Dlish to me. The waiter was very friendly and everyone that works there smiled and friendly to the kids and some workers even played with the kids.

Our waitress was awesome! We didn’t have to ask for anything at all! The food was good as usual but don’t care for the bar stools at the counter height tables. I like a back on my stool so I can relax. Other than that it was great!

I eat at this chain everywhere. So FOOD was consistent and menu consistent. Still adore the dry rub lemon pepper wings, salt and vinegar traditional. Medium hot wings, Caribbean jerk, garlic spice, and mango habenaro rock my taste buds. Basket of onion rings to boot. What makes this place ODD was the wait staff. We wanted to order everything at once since there were 6 of us (family) and the server said «NO. I can only take a drink order first then food order since the food comes out before the bar can serve you.» Alright, we gave her our drink order and every beer we chose (since she said «we have everything.») did not «exist.» Then we checked the menu, since the server had NO IDEA what the BAR had on tap and ordered OFF THE MENU. Server «we ran out.» Still, she could not tell us what beers she had, she said, read the menu… so this circular conversation happened 3 times until finally, we turned around and read out loud the tap handles to the table. OK. Drinks done. Meanwhile, the nearly empty place filled up and 2 other tables sat in the server’s section. These 2 other tables BOTH received their drinks and WINGS before be received our DRINKS of frosted glass of beers and one chocolate milk shake for my 4 y.o. kid. So now, we can only assume it’s personal, since we never did put our food order in and both tables received their items BEFORE our table.
30 minutes elapsed, server «Are you ready to order?» Umm. Yes. We were ready BEFORE THE DRINK ORDER!!!
Food did come out promptly except for my poor 4 y.o. kid chicken nugget basket never reached the table. Server kept saying she didn’t what happened in the kitchen. We ordered more chicken «snacks» size and received those too and still no kiddo basket of fries and nuggets. She doesn’t like bone in wings. boo boo lips. 3^rd time server comes back, «Do you need anything?» YES!!! MY KIDDO’s CHICKEN NUGGETS. «Oh yeah.» So Kiddo’s wing basket comes out, all our beers are empty, no waters, no clearance of used napkins and empty baskets… Server: «Do you want separate checks?» WOW. We age ranged from a 4 y.o., 30’s to 70’s and look like a family… that question really seemed deliberately provocative.
Anyway, we left thirsty (still no waters or offer of letting us order more beers) and experienced the worst service ever at the 9 other BWW locations I’ve celebrated a Bronco’s game. AVOID this BWW unless you sit at the BAR area. I’ve been to that section and no worries– those servers are on spot.

The food was fine, but maybe because we went on Saturday, so they served really slow. I almost fell asleep… However, the waitress was pretty helpful and nice.

Word to wings… This spot was special to me.

Ton of TV’s and decent beer specials, but overall food was a let down.
When your job is to knock out wings all day long, they better be out of this world. Unfortunately this place is no better than most at wings.
The large variety of wings are a huge plus, but the traditional hot wing was an awful mess with no taste.
Ok, I get it, its not the food its a sports bar, but service was almost nonexistent and the place is relatively small, so you end up cranking your neck to watch TV.
Not sure which place is worse on the Boardwalk for crappy service and wings: BWW or Hooters.

We went on Sunday evening. They served one of my friends wine in a dirty glass (it literally had a chunk of food matter stuck to the glass) so we sent the glass back… then they reused the SAME DIRTY GLASS for our 2^nd glass of wine! They didn’t even attempt to wash it! That was a new sanitation low I’d never even seen before.
The food took ONE HOUR AND 15 MINUTES to arrive from when we ordered it. We were ready to leave by that point (one person in our party actually DID leave just before the food came as she was tired of waiting – same girl who got the dirty glass). I gave this review 2 stars only because our wings were good once they FINALLY came out, and our server (‘Caiya’ I think?) was really great. I felt bad for her since I knew it was the kichen’s fault for our food being SO LATE.
Seems they are understaffed and can’t handle the volume of orders. Still no excuse for serving us in dirty dishes. Whatever the case, I would not eat here again.

Cosmetically speaking, this is a cool BW3. It has a great outside patio, along with a bar. Games on Tv’s. Yep, plenty of them, so you can drink, eat, and watch (gamble) on your favorite teams.
Unfortunately, «Dinkins» was our server, and she was a slothful, slowww speaking, mule. I didn’t feel like spending an hour and fifteen minutes in BW3 consuming 6 wings and one beer; but, «Dinkins» made sure we stayed.
