I was very excited to see a Dillard’s in this small town, but alas– it is a small town Dillard’s :(
The selection is obviously catering to people with a certain style (more practical then esthetically pleasing) and I was EXTREMELY disappointed by the women’s shoe selection.
There was a very nice sales associate, Sherrod, who helped me find the perfect pair of flats (ever since I’ve moved here, my style has become more practical as well…). He helped me with no sales pressure and allowed me to try several styles and gave me an honest opinion. I did not make my purchase that day, but when I went back, he remembered me and the shoes I liked!
The second star is for the customer service alone!
