Wow, what can I say but the fact that this store is as bad as Kmart! Get to the register to get help and there is nobody in sight. A lady and I standing there waiting for help and not even an employee walking around in the tool department. After waiting 10 minutes and still nobody around to help us, I get my phone and call the store to ask for help in the tool department. She says someone will be there in a few minutes. About that time there goes a guy walking in tool department and goes to help a customer shopping and finally comes over to where we are. I ask for a sales paper to see what tools were advertised and they don’t have one. He tells me to walk around the store to another register to see if they had one. Hum, I thought I was the customer and he is to be helping me. Why couldn’t he walk over there or call them? Lazy!!! Oh and he just got there to work, from what I heard him tell someone. He didn’t even know if the other register would have one. So I ask what was on sale in the flyer and he doesn’t know. He said«just walk around and you’ll see the signs up on the tools». The other lady employee walked with us and said«there are a lot on sale right now, just look at the tags». I asked for a specific item and she takes me and says there it is. She said that’s a real good price. I say yeah. As I’m looking at the set, she and the guy employee walk off. I tried to get one off the rack but it was locked. So I had to go find them and get him to unlock it. Then he complains that someone put the lock on backwards–«stupid» is what he called them. He finally gets it off and I asked about wrenches that were on sale. He shows me a 5 pm set of Craftsman wrenches for the low price of $ 4.47. So guess what. I grabbed all of them! Yep, all of them. They had metric sizes 11 — 17 mm and standard sizes. I guess they’ll make great stocking stuffers. They were originally priced at $ 19.99 each. Anyway, the only great thing about this visit was the amazing price I paid for the tools I did get!
