Such a great place to find designer brands for cheap! I have gotten many items from Free People and Urban Outfitters at a 3rd of the retail price from Uptown! I have also sold clothing and made up to $ 100 in cash on the spot. I am always greeted when I walk in and all of the workers are so sweet and helpful. My favorite place to shop in Bossier City!

Store was very clean and organized with a huge selection! Trendy men’s and women’s clothing, shoes and accessories. Good prices and friendly staff. Found a really cute unique denim jacket for $ 10 and several other great buys! Jacket looked almost new! Will definitely be back for more great finds!

They have a larger selection of gently used clothing and shoes and purses. They have some accessories and perfumes and what not. The prices are pretty good and they also purchase your used clothing. They will wither give you 1⁄3 cash back of what the item is worth or they will give you store credit. That is usually 25% but for the summer they are giving 40% store credit. They do not have kids clothing but plan on opening one up on Airline Drive soon and so they are taking used kids clothing as well. Call to get the times that you can bring in your clothing before you make a trip. I would have given 5 stars but I don’t know how much my used clothing is going to bring me and they don’t sell kids clothes yet.

It’s probably for the best that I do not live anywhere near an Uptown Cheapskate store, as 90% of my paycheck would most likely end up getting spent there. With all the cute clothes and deals, I could have spent hours here! Uptown Cheapskate is an upscale re-sale shop, similar to Buffalo Exchange, with lots of quality used clothes, shoes and accessories. Their prices are very reasonable. Keep in mind that the prices varied, but here are some approximate prices: Shirts: $ 6 Shoes: $ 10 Dresses: $ 12 Skirts: $ 8 Though these prices would be a little high for a traditional thrift store, there are a lot of trendy, well-cared for clothes available. On top of that, I went during their sale, so there were a lot of discounts on their clothes. Will definitely go back next time I’m in Louisiana.

Me and my mother had visited this store on a Sat it was really neat. there was a lot of woman in there shopping but I love how it’s so organized by the size and how clean it looked. we didn’t get great ed when we walked into the store or asked did we need any help. the cloths were nice alot of brands some were costly that u could get in the actual store but some were discontented very good. it’s also pretty neat how they do take cloths for money or store credit. over all yea I would recommend this place but don’t go on a Sat.(;

Horrible service! I called ahead of time to insure they were taking cloths… When I arrived the snooty lady barely looked at my 3 bags of clothing most have only been worn once(name brand too!). They call me over to take we only can take 1 pair of capris! Do you want your 3 $ cash?! I inquire that’s all and they reply was oh you just not interested in that style?! The shirts on the rack were older very used looking compared to my stuff! Funny is the snooty lady who look at my clothing wouldn’t look at me. Really to be judged by come barely 20s snooty girls at a crummy resale shop… Never ever going back!
