Great food and judgment free environment, but a bit shady. Their coconut periwinkle it’s probably the best I’ve ever had. They could probably start a restaurant on that alone. The staff doesn’t pick up the phone for some reason, but they’re open usually.

The food here is the really, really good. We had a papaya salad and wings. Amazing flavors and really good portions.
A thing to note is there is nothing on this block that serves food after 10 except for burger king. I don’t consider that food.
We ordered food after 11 and the bartender and wait staff were really nice. This is a Vietnamese karaōke bar, so don’t expect fun dance music.
As the men get drunk and start group karaōke sing along, the bartender and wait staff throw shade at the annoying drunkards. That’s fun to watch.
