The day before not only my first marathon but THE Boston marathon, I dropped my phone on the screen. I had just taken off the case and the phone dropped and not only shattered the screen but the screen just went black. I was a wreck. I went to Verizon, with Insurance I couldn’t get a new phone on a Sunday — did not know what to do. I got sent to this stand in the Prudential and the guy SAVEDMYPHONE. He not only fixed it perfectly he did it with a smile and such professionalism. He fixed it in 30 minutes and he handed me not only the phone but the finish line on Boylston because I could NOT have done it without him! For $ 80 a fixed screen in a half hour with a 30– day warranty was amazing! Thank you to Cell Again !!!

The gentleman who fixed my phone here was really fast and skilled and incredibly upstanding. He managed to to extract an incorrectly cut SIM from my new phone(rookie mistake on my part) and refused to accept payment for the work, which was a bit tricky and far from a two-second affair. I’ve recommended this place to my family, and much as I hope not to make any more dumb moves when it comes to my phone, I’m actually looking forward to being able to go back to this shop and give it some paid business. I really appreciated his work — when I arrived my phone was completely unusable what with the jammed SIM — and especially how nice he was. The shop is located beside the Barnes and Noble café in the Prudential Center(where normally you might expect to pay top dollar).
