After one wash the colors on our Red Sox shirts melted into each other. A call to the shop promised a call back. A second call a week later, admitted they had our number but just didn’t get around to calling. Within an hour of posting a negative review, we got a call back. We sent pictures of our shirts. They apologized… explained the people who made the shirts had a problem initially(to be fair, they were made quickly between the last game and the parade.) They mailed us all new shirts and asked us to let them know how they worked… Pretty impressive after a slow start. Customer service and price both great… with a bit of perseverance… Very happy now!

Good selection but atrocious service. The three young women behind the counter on Sunday were more intent on chatting with eachother and eating ice cream than offering help. Almost managed to make it through the entire transaction without a single word — until my husband pointed out how amazed he was at their behavior!

Me: What do you want for Christmas? Brother: A Pats or Sox shirt… XXL Me(inner thought): Why? Horrified by his Christmas wishes, I made my way over to Faneuil Hall because I figured where else could I find this crap? Local color is a tiny little shop tucked way in the back near the waterfront — the redheaded stepchild of the marketplace? Mayhaps. Although not my personal shopping destination, I have to give four stars to a store that had what I needed and what I would imagine any tourist or sports fan might like. Shirts, hoodies, etc that feature anything Boston — from just plain old BOSTON embroidery to local sports team stuff. The girl working was very friendly and helpful when it came to picking out my gifts. I ended up leaving with a GREENMONSTAH shirt as well as one about Boston and the Yankees or something. The sox themed t-shirts set me back 14 bucks each(I think that’s fair. Is that fair? I don’t even know). Keeping in mind that each item was $ 2 more because the XXL requires some extra fabric. Or they want you to have less money to buy food. Whatevz.
