Delightfully pleasant! I ordered a Chicken Anchovie, peach black tea, and got a blueberry honey granola yogurt on the side. I originally wanted the Chipotle Ancho from their online app, but the guy told me they were out! Luckily I grabbed the Chicken Anchovie and it was delicious! Full of melted cheese(yes they even toasted it) and the anchovie and sauce were great. The peach black tea was okay but not something I would come back to get. I was expecting something a little more flavorful like the Asian boba places but it was just mediocre. The blueberry honey granola yogurt was very very good. A bit on the sweeter side but it’s greek yogurt and kept me full until work was over. I got the $ 10 for $ 20 deal from likeacoupon and for lunch it cost me $ 15. A little bit on the pricey side but hey I guess it’s Starbucks and luckily the food wasn’t too bad. No complaints from me but I do hope you guys make your mango/peach teas a little better. I also wanted to mention they have their wireless phone charges which you can borrow and leave on the desk. Pretty neat!

This is a Starbucks joint, like all of the other Starbucks joins anywhere. It’s convenient, they’re quick, they have the normal range of selections. Nothing great or outstanding, but you can get a Starbucks here and leave happy.

3.5 stars for location. Convenient location in Copley Place/Pru. Slammed in the mornings as you might expect, pretty decent for afternoon coffee. Feels fairly sterile vs. other Starbucks but it’s in a mall, so nothing shocking here.

It’s not the cleanest location, and it’s always crowded(aren’t they all?), but this Starbucks has made the most consistently-good Starbucks drinks of perhaps any Starbucks I’ve ever gone to. That said, I don’t necessarily love Starbucks, but if you do, this would be a great option for you. The staff is always nice, but the small shop can make things feel a bit claustrophobic during peak times. Regardless, the new order ahead option on the app really helps with that, and their consistency is what brings us back.

As I work right across the street — this spot is a natural afternoon stop when I need a break or some caffeine. Like most Starbucks, this one gets busy with long lines occasionally. That’s fine and all but it’s tough when there’s not much room to sit and the line snakes around any existing area. If you’re a fan of personal space this may be an issue. I don’t really care — plus the staff are always friendly. The location has been remodeled fairly recently and is better than the previous design.

This is my favorite Starbucks location in Boston. The morning crew during the week are great. Super fast and friendly. It is a busy location, but i’d rather wait a lil bit here than go to any other the other surrounding locations.

Sad to be writing my first one star review. I just entered this location on a freezing cold day and made the faux pas of stepping to the side of the rubber mat right inside the doorway. The front outside is slippery because it’s tile. Inside is slippery because it’s on a ramp and slippery synthetic material. I fell right on my backside, let out a couple expletives, was kindly helped by two customers, sat and cried for a couple minutes and left. One of the customers that helped me up said he almost slipped too. I see that you have a caution sign three feet away from where I fell. Wonderful. You’ve successfully covered your butts. However, I’m appalled at the lack of care I was shown. No one even came to see if I was okay or to say, «hey, so sorry about that. We are working on getting some more mats from corporate because we realize how dangerous this entrance is!» ANYTHING would have been better than the fear inspired silence I got. I understand. In this day and age people want to sue you left and right. I’m not that kind of person. If it was a weekday I would have chalked it up to «they’re busy,» but it’s saturday. You had three people in line. Wake up and smell the coffee and start caring about your customers’ safety and feelings.

I order 1 drink at Starbucks and this is the only location that I have been to a few times in the past several months that doesn’t have salt for the salted caramel mocha! Answer to not having it when asked«we aren’t receiving it anymore!» Well then why is on your menu! Or just call it caramel mocha! All the other locations are«receiving» it! Now I just got my coffee and there is caramel all down the side of the cup which is now on my hand and now in my hair! I will NEVER go back to this location!

I would give them no star if i could. The barista this morning was horrible! She messed up my drink i told her what it was suppose to be so a drink wouldnt be wasted. She said«I have a couple drinks coming» with a bad attitude. Then she grab a new cup to make my drink! My name is not even on it nor what drink it is… Clearly took a new cup after messing up the first one.

What a terrible experience we had this morning at this location. After standing in line to order for about 5 minutes(note 2 cashiers taking orders) and then waiting well over 15 minutes in the drink line, we actually left WITHOUT our drinks. It was not terribly busy, maybe 8 – 10 customers in total, so no excuse for the lengthy lines, wait times, and rudeness. The person behind the counter, Steven, didn’t even acknowledge the request to cancel the order nor offer an apology let alone a refund. He was actually terribly rude by just staring at us saying nothing at all! We turned around and left, just not worth the hassle and holding others up with a rude inconsiderate barista!

I mean. Yes. It’s a privilege to be able to pay $ 3.5 for a misto. I know. And yes, it’s Starbucks — I’m not expecting liquid gold perfection — but, when I do decide to «go basic» and hit this Bucks, I am seeking comfort in the form of frothed vanilla soy. Sure, the drinks are okay, it’s slightly prettier s/p the renovations, and I’ll even give you a little boost for improving the selection of savory foods — but holy EFF is the service slow — to the point where it defeats the purpose of treating myself as I am generally hovering somewhere btwn a «light seethe» and«rapid boil» by the time I’ve actually gotten my drink. Even when the place is empty except for me, it takes no less than 7m to procure a beverage, even if that drink is simply black coffee. I would have more sympathy if it was due to being slammed, but I tend to need caffeine at off hours, so it’s usually just me and some rando tourist. Also — they say that it opens at 5a, but per my delightful trainer who stops here en route to upstairs Healthworks, they usually don’t open the doors until around 515−530a…which is kind of a poor showing, considering that Starbucks prides itself on reliability. Like I said — my life is not hard. This is silly to complain abt — but as I am actively avoiding prepping for my family med exam, here we are. Not a place to sit and study for hours as it’s tight, loud, and outlets are sparse. Better to make it a hit and run.

I think that the people here are really nice. I just think that the poor girl at the register needs a little more training. I felt so bad for her. I asked her for a couple of gift cards and as she was working on it, the line went from two people to 10. Getting gift cards and a drink took about 15 minutes. She had to call her only other co-worker over from making drinks to helping her. I could tell everyone behind me was getting annoyed. When I finally got my drink, it was great. The staff is nice but just needs more training.

This is my first time back here after the renovations. The place is a lot cleaning and the staff are much more peppy! The woman who rang me out is probably the happiest person working here tonight! I know Starbucks is a chain but this one has surpassed all other Starbucks so far! I like how I can customize my drink and enjoy it too! I tried a white mocha hot chocolate and it was so good!

SOSLOW. No matter what time of day, how many people are working or the number f customers… expect everything to move at a glacial pace. There are several other Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts around the corner… Skip this location

Love this location! And the employees too. I’ve never had a bad moment. It’s tiny, but if I snag a spot with an outlet, I’m a happy, caffeinated gal. There was one time where I wanted a white chocolate mocha, but their espresso machine was shot. And so the barista working that day recommended adding shots of white chocolate mocha to iced coffee as a replacement, if you will. And it totally worked out well. Loved that they offered the next best thing to make my afternoon. Then I went shopping. :) Ambiance is good, music is a mix of oldies, new age and classics, employees are awesome, and again… it’s a sweet locale.

Baristas could be a little friendlier. And I know this is not Starbuck’s fault, but when I sat near the front of the store, the cigarette smell was unbearable.

I guess it’s hit or miss with Starbucks. Luckily, they can afford to not pay attention to clients because people will come regardless. This was a time where that was the case: three people in line for more than a few minutes. And the two baristas just looked at us and kept fixing the back and display case. That should not be how things run.

we went in and got great, professional service. the big guy at the counter served us our coffees but they tasted old and stale so we asked for a fresh brew. he gladly made us another and within 5 mins he was bringing them to our table himself. he even gave us 2 coupons for free coffee on our next visit. he was friendly throughout. there was a skinny asian guy there too who also was friendly and professional. this location is a bit smaller but if you’re stopping by for drinks then it’s not an issue.

this location opens at 5am during the week, being a overnight warrior in the area it’s clutch come morning. Fast service and well you could say the staff is friendly, but we will just say they are as friendly as all starbucks baristas are.

Great location and I am just a Starbucks lover. Buy a rechargable card and got points for every coffee you buy and get free coffee. Get a free one on your birthday as they send you a gift for one in the mail. Recharge your card on line or at the register. Great for a gift…(for me).
