Underwhelming compared to a few other Indian grocery stores I’ve been to in the US, but definitely better than a few in the vicinity. I have not checked out the Indian grocery stores in Redmond or Belleuve areas yet. However, this store had everything that one would need to whip up a decent Indian meal. What really bowled me over was that I could find a traditional Indian broom here. Well, I know I am going to be a regular for sure.

I love this place! I usually get the hot food & occasionally some snacks. Everything I have tried has been very good. Masala dosa & Chole Bhature are probably my favorites. Today I got a Thali which was also very good. My friends all like it as well. I should note their deli is closed on Tuesdays.

Why you soooooo expensive??? I bought a small bag of okra that cost me $ 11. Yes the first okra had good quality but that doesn’t justify the ridiculous pricing!!! I also bought those frozen samosas(MINI samosas of 18) that cost me $ 8. Bye bye $ 20 bill on only two small products. Not going there again.

Great place for spices and other specialty items that can’t be found in most grocery stores and the spices are much better priced. I haven’t tried the restaurant yet, but it looks awesome based on what they bring out. The freezer section also has some cool items like naan to bake. This definitely isn’t a full grocery, so you’re better off shopping for produce and other things elsewhere, but it definitely is a place I recommend for anyone who likes Indian food and cooking with various spices.

Lots of delicious choices for creating yummy Indian food. The Indian grocery stores in Seattle are a bit lacking, usually only carry a small amount of items and definitely no fresh veggies. This place provides a huge range of choices. I was absolutely blown away with the amount of merchandise. First off, they have a rice flour, lots of different gluten free flours for much lower prices than Whole Foods. I sing their praises for this fact alone! If you are needing gluten free baking supplies, this is the place to stock up. And they have brinjal eggplant. I’ve been wanting to make stuffed brinjals! Good choices in mixes, chutneys and spices. And again, great prices on the spices. They also have chaat, which smelled and looked delicious. I was far too excited to go home and cook so the chaat will have to wait for a return trip.

We just got back from a meal of various chaat dishes at Apna Bazar and wow, everything was great! I can’t believe this awesome place is hidden away in a strip mall in Bothell. We had dahi puri, a potato filled dosa, some chickpea masala that came with two big soft rolls, samosa, a huge puffed up dough with curry and mango lassis. All of that(too much food! We didn’t know how big anything was going to be) was only $ 36. Such a deal for such high quality food. Then if you can walk, you can go grocery shopping afterwards! There are cardamom pistachio cookies there that are to die for. Great fresh looking veggies and spices etc as well. Go check it out!

Just learnt that this place has chaat a couple days ago so we trooped over with a couple friends who are chaat fans as well — have to say it was great! some of the best chaat i’ve had in North America, only Vij’s in Vancouver has better chaat & Indika in Houston has the best pani puri. Worth the trek to Bothell, though wish they’ll open a place in Seattle soon!
