I’ve been a customer here since about 2005 and they’ve seen two of my vehicles and two of my wife’s and now our daughter’s. They greet me, seat me, then go to work! They always check the tires and filters (never been hard sold on filters/wipers) and give me a free car wash. You get a discounted drink at their coffee stand too. It’s always been a pleasant experience and no issues.

I’ve been coming here for several years and have always been happy with the service. Until the last 2 visits. They have really gone downhill recently. I’m not going to go into the details but just wanted to say that I will not be returning, ever.

I never write reviews but this place has horrible customer service. I don’t know much about cars and when the worker recommended I get things fixed I asked if they could further explain, the worker paused and looked at me like I was the most incompetent person. If I asked any sort of question he would answer with the rudest tone. Also, the worker next to him interjected «these things are very simple.» If you’re going to assume that everyone knows about cars don’t work in a car service job. Never coming here again for any services. I first went because there was no wait. Now I know why. Never had any issues elsewhere with asking questions and feeling like I could get help from kind people.

I see some bad reviews here. I thought I would post one that is a bit more positive. I have been a customer of Lube-A-Lot for 5 years now. I often get a free espresso or a free car wash along with oil and lube service. I have never been over sold or pressured. All the recommend services are based on mileage and manufacturer recommended services. I would also point out that this business is called Lube-A-Lot. it is not in Marysville. It is in Canyon Park /Bothell

I’ve been taking my car there for the past few years. I have no problem with them. They get the job done quickly and thoroughly at a decent price. My experience with them has always been handled very professionally regardless of the age of the employees.
