I used the self car wash and ended up completely soaked from head to toe because the hose sprayed water out of the side. The soap barely came out if the nozzle, and I ended up with a dirt smeared car and wet shoes. Came back the next day to clean up the mess and paid 9 bucks for a soft cloth wash.

The worst! Two old guys at the car wash supplementing their social security. They don’t give a damn about doing a good job. Don’t even come out to unfold your mirrors and wipe off the excess water.. Do not waste your time or money.

Will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. Brushes scratched the rear fenders of my new truck. The workers dragged hand brushes on the dirty running boards and up the rear fenders. You can see the swooping brush marks. The owner was rude and did not care. Said I would have washed off the running boards first. So what is the purpose of a car wash?

NEVER GO HERE!!! In fact, don’t give them the business at all. There are other gas station choices right there that don’t have a rude owner. The car wash brush scratched my brand new call all over. Who knew a car wash brush could damage your car so bad!?! I went back immediately and not only were the owner and manager not helpful, they were down right rude. He said I must not have followed the directions correctly and that he can’t be held responsible for the condition of his car wash brushes. The coin machine was broken while I was there, and the ho-​hum manager slowly walked his way over and was rude to the two gentlemen who lost their $ 5 in the machine. They don’t even have a credit card machine. You still have to walk up and change dollars out. That just shows how old and crappy this place is. Those brushes must still be there from the 90’s.

First you can’t pay at the car wash itself, you have to pay at the gas station so I had to pull out and go back to the gas station and pay, you pay as if you are getting a legit wash but the wash was not good and they didn’t dry it at all. So bring your own towel. This is a 5 dollar wash that you get charged 15 bucks for. Lame.

I don’t know how the owner plans to run this business, bus was the worst experience ever. The employee is very unfriendly and rude. I payed the full price to get a complete car wash, got the most basic water week wash. Had to get an second wash at other place. Not recommend at all. Avoid the place.

This place is too expensive for their old technology. You’re better off driving over to Clean Planet Carwash in Woodiville. Cheaper and does a much better job. Seriously.

This gas station is comprised of an expresso stand which has the best barista, best prices and best coffee. It also has a lube, oil and filter place and the guys there are always willing to help me out no matter what the problem is. They also have a car wash, vacuum, carpet washer and scent machine. One stop shopping!

Terrible quality drive through car wash, dryer does not work. Do it yourself car wash area is poorly maintained, soap did not come out of brush, and buttons were not labeled. USE BROWN BEAR instead!

Employees do not car about your car. They have no professionalism at all. As they washed my car, my 10 year old Niece and I got to listen to a profanity filled conversation between two of them. And can not give proper guide ins. Ran me right in to the bar scratching one of my very expensive wheels.

Aw poop, and it’s true! After paying $ 9 today for my car wash at Papa Bears in Bothell, I still had bird poop on my front window. The nice sign does not reflect the quality of cleaning your car actually gets. They should be more generous with cleaning solution too, I didn’t see many bubbles doing the job, the hand prep was mediocre, the blow dry was a joke and there was no one to make up for that by doing a cloth wipe. I will just keep going to Brown Bear in Shoreline when I visit my mom. I wish I could get my $ 9 back!

Prices are too high for the lack of quality. Papa Bare can’t hold a candle to Brown Bear. Also their service is extremely slow. I could wash my car myself, and do a more thorough job, in the amount of time it takes to even start the automated wash. But I suppose it beats getting wet with DIY.

Got my car washed here instead of going to Chevron where I usually do. More expensive than Chevron for the same results. The guy running the car wash yelled at me for not pulling my car up correctly, then continued to talk trash about me while they were washing it and I was sitting inside. Will not be returning.

You are better off having a dirty car than wasting your money here. I gave them two chances, and always left mad at myself for not listening to the other bad reviews. The machine is a joke. A good rainy day does just about the same. Each time the staff makes it a hassle and inconvenience to use them. So sad Bothell has not one good car wash.

Don’t bother with the self clean car wash either, the soap brush takes a whole minute to start spewing soap, and the hose gets kinked easily. Also the brushes are in such bad shape they scuffed my bumper. Worst equipment ever.

Very nice staff, they do get the car clean. sometimes left with spot’s, but I let them know this time and they did a better job. Their store is always very clean, and I am helped immediately when I walk in. They will usually give me a coupon for discounted oil change at the gargage next to the car wash, but I haven’t tried that out yet.

i had a terrible experience here. I was refused a car wash after driving a foot into the alignment rails… i was scolded for not reading the sign properly and told to leave without getting a car wash. When i went inside the gas station to get a $ 15 refund after being denied service, the attendant made the comment that the manager and car wash attendees act like «a holes» now and again and this is a common occurence. I’ve never been denied service in this manner before. I highly recommend staying away from the gas station, oil change lot, and definitely the car wash.

Two thumbs down on this one. Pulled forward to get a car wash, but apparently went to far. The employee came up to my car and kicked me out. I tried to speak with a manager, but the manager said they reserve the right to kick anyone off the car wash. It all seemed very sketchy. All three employees, including the manager, were incredibly rude. I HIGHLY discourage anyone from coming here for the fuel, car wash, or espresso. Very unfriendly.
