I just got one of my tire flattened, it was Sunday and I saw this shop nearby and asked my insurance to tow here as my spare tires also got punctured .(Note my tires were last changed brand new by ford dealer just 12 thousand miles before this incident). They took advantage of the situation and said the tire cannot be fixed for the puncture and they will not use my spare tire even it can be fixed because other front tire is having inside edge balded and they will not handle my car and I am forced to pay $ 360 just for changing 2 front tires. God sake no one go here if your tire get flattened near bothell area be careful…

Horrible customer service based upon my experience. The guys really do not know how to be polite and welcoming. I also had problem with my last oil change which I noticed only during the next oil change. They over-​tightened the oil filter and did not lubricate it in my opinion resulting in part of the o ring left around the pan. My fault they told me:-).

Got my tires here for a special deal and it was the only reason why I tried them. But won’t be coming back. Service is so-​so… they didn’t even reset my tpms light on my dash after changing to new tires… seriously? .and rotation and rebalancing isn’t free?
I took my car later for free rotation and rebalancing to Discount Tires and they didn’t even hassle me for anything. I’ve been with Discount Tires for over ten years and have always walked out of there satisfied and with complete confidence in their workmanship. Lesson learned

Love the guys at this shop. Very honest and to the point. They don’t try to over sell you, which is a plus! The office guys are polite and are appropriately goofy. :-) I don’t go anywhere else since my BF had issues at Jiffy Lube.

Replaced 2 26″ windshield wipers on a 2013 Ford Fusion. $ 38.27 per wiper for a grand total of $ 84 …no labor charge. Really? This is a fleet vehicle and I was in a rush but the margins they are making on parts are extreme. It took the service guy around 15 minutes to input my info on the computer. You better shop around is my advice. They were polite enough and then took my money.

I don’t find these folks to be a rip-​off. Sure, they’re not cheap, but they’ve always fixed everything that needed to be fixed, in a timely fashion, with lots of friendliness (they’re even nice to my dog). Can’t ask for more!
I’ve had the following services done by these guys:
1) Tire check-​up & inflation
2) Alignment
3) Tire replacement

Rip off joint! Curt the manager of this store sounds nice, talks nice, smiles and seems very helpfull. Don’t be fooled. He will take you for as much as he can every step of the way. Stay away!!!
