Bothell Integrated Health, LLC

I have seen 4 different LMP’s at Bothell Integrated Health and all of them have been wonderful. I cannot recommend BIH highly enough for any and all treatment or even relaxation massage needs.

Bothell Integrated Health has been a life saver! The massages I’ve been getting have greatly diminished my lower back pain to the point where I’ve been able to return to my normal routine, including going to strenuous weightlifting and Spinning classes at my gym! They are passionate about healing and teaching. They know how to work all the kinks and knots out — even finding areas I wasn’t aware of that were contributing to the pain I was feeling. They’ve taught me preventative measures so I’m much less likely to injure myself — such as how to properly bend my legs when picking things up. After my last massage, I felt incredible range of motion and went straight home and cleaned my three bathrooms without any pain or fatigue. I wholeheartedly recommend Bothell Integrated Health!

As a result of a rear-​ending car accident, I saw Theresa at BIH and was very pleased with her expertise, professionalism and delicate touch. However, it is very challenging to get recurring appointments, especially during after usual work hours. While I’d love to see Theresa again, it looks to be weeks before I’d be able to do that again, unfortunately.

These guys are awesome and I highly recommend them! I sought their services after a car wreck that left me with an eye twitch, ringing in my ears, and a persistent headache. Even after their treatment solved my symptoms, I continue to go back for the benefits of regular massage. I’ve been going there for 15 years. I have been treated by most of the therapists and they are all great.

Over a year later, this clinic continues to deliver. Now that my treatments are no longer covered by the car accident insurance, I still make a point of coming out for a tune up whenever possible. The staff is still very friendly, the cash rate is $ 75/​hour, which is totally reasonable, and overall I’ve just never experienced such lasting relief from pain. I sleep better afterwards.

I love Bothell Integrated Health. I have been a client for over 3 years, going in for massages once every week for two months or sporadically over a course of a few months.
I was originally referred to BIH by a friend and a co-​worker. My first massage therapist was Darcy. She was amazing. I know I received a deep tissue massage from B.J. somewhere in between seeing Darcy, while she was out. After not being back for a little over a year, I went back in and discovered that Darcy had retired. That is when I met B.J.
B.J. was my massage therapist for over 5 months and I have to say that he has been the best therapist I have ever experienced. When I asked for deep tissue, he didn’t play around with the pressure; amazing! He was always very professional, knowledgeable, and I found it very easy to request any adjustments or changes to the style of massage that I needed.
I am not sure why the Jim R. has provided a negative feedback for this establishment, it just doesn’t make any sense. Patty at the front desk has always been very courteous and accommodating, so I am shocked to read a negative review. It sounds to me like someone is a Debbie-​Downer.

Best massages ever! It’s not just a massage with B.J. though. It is so much more therapeutic and helpful than any other place I have been to.
I have a bad back and both hips are bad. He has helped me walk better and maintain a 9-​hour day desk job with minimal pain. B.J. has used ice massage a few times and has literally got swelling down to almost nothing after an hour deep tissue massage. It’s amazing the work he does.
The bed is always so comfy and warm, it takes some effort not to fall asleep. This is the most relaxing place to go when you have had a long day at work and need those muscles worked out.
I don’t want to ever stop going here, even if my insurance runs out. The people are so helpful and friendly! His wife, Patty, has always been kind to me as well as the other receptionists.

BIH is a very good massage therapy collective. I saw Alene who is very good and has a great deep touch. Becase of distance of where I work and live now I haven’t returned often but if you are ever looking for massage therapy this place is one of the best.

I first came to Bothel Integrated Health after a motorcycle crash/​neck injury in 2000. I was prejudiced against massage… typical Alpha Male, «I don’t need a crystal rubbed on my forehead or chakras aligned!» stuff. I was converted after the first visit. The relief from pain was effective after the first session and my range of motion returned by leaps and bounds. I’ve been back regularly ever since for various athletic and work related injuries. BJ even cured some tendonitis in my elbows that I had just thought I had to live with as I got older. He didn’t decrease the pain… it is 100% GONE! These guys know their stuff and work hard to ensure that you get the treatment that your body needs. I’ve tried to go to other places if my schedule didn’t align with BIH, and nothing compares to the quality of work done here. Highly recommended.
