Wow Tara was amazingly helpful. I came in right before closing with a large package and rather than be annoyed she was thorough and so kind! Looked up different rates for me, packed my box, and never made me feel rushed, even though she was minutes from closing. Thank you again Tara for your amazing service!

This location is located conveniently off of the west side of the I-​405 Bothell/​Mill Creek exit and tucked away in a strip mall near Bonefish Grill, Desert Sun Tanning, Qdoba, and Outback Steakhouse. There is a private parking lot and a few short-​term dedicated parking spaces in front of the store.
This location has all of the mailing, printing, and FedEx shipping you would expect from one of their stores. They also have a decent assortment of office supplies, greeting cards, and snacks. My favorite, and most used, service that they offer is computer, printer, and scanner use for 35−45¢ per minute.

I came in to mail two packages. The lady at the counter disrespected me. I always make a point to be friendly to customer service representatives because I work in customer service and I know how it is dealing with complete grouches. It wears on you.
We did nothing mean to this lady. She snapped back at us when we were just asking questions and wasn’t helpful at all. She had a surly look on her face and stared at us the whole time we were there as if our presence in the store was inconveniencing her.
I will never come back here again. Thoroughly miserable experience.
Tori tried to mail a package to a P.O. Box. It did state on the form that you couldn’t mail to P.O. boxes. She asked what she should do to be able to send it. The lady’s short response: «I dunno, go to Postal Service.»

Awful customer service, awful quality of prints. I’ve been here for some occasions due to convenience, but finally decided to not go back. People here have some quality of making people unhappy. They do not work like pro. Plus like I said before, the quality of prints are not so good.

I wish faxing would go ahead and die. BUT sometimes businesses, such as banks, depend on faxing. So I was forced to use their fax machine– it was faster than other FedEx locations but the staff is the same monotone bunch.

Worst customer service in a print shop ever. All I wanted to do was print a file from my email ad it wouldn’t open, some of their computers don’t print every file from every program and I get this but if I ask for help don’t tell me where my card goes and how to open my email then walk away, i walked out with nothing but a charge on my card and the employee just watched me walk without offering any assistance. Next time… I am just going to go to Staples and pay a bit more for customer service.

This place is great, the staff here are friendly and helpful. I did not live with my PC and would move in here and sleep on the floor. From shipping to packing and all that PC stuff too, they can do it all.

Employees were nice and helpful for a quick shipping stop I had to make.
Products and shipping here (for smaller items) can be pretty pricey. If you have an envelope-​sized item, take it to USPS for cheaper shipping. For the most part, you find better pricing for larger boxed items than smaller things.

My project was done in a timely fashion and turned out as i expected. I was having a map laminated and there are a few wrinkles in it but I took it to them with a few wrinkles so what would i expect but to get it back that way, the assistant manager was very apologetic and offered my next project for free. great customer service, very friendly and willing to go the extra mile.

I brought in a big book of sheet music to have spiral binding put in, so as to make it easier to turn pages at the piano. A young girl was put in charge of doing it, and she put the binding in the wrong side of two pages. So they had to redo it properly, and now there are spiral binding marks on the ends of the pages opposite of where the book’s spine was, which looks ridiculous. Sure, it’s only two pages, but it’s still irreparable damage done to an expensive book of precious Beethoven piano sonatas.
Secondly, I brought in a photo of Meher Baba (Indian spiritual leader) to have scanned and printed for a speech I’m giving in a college class. A younger employee there named «Joe» was to assign a title to the photo for easy reference when dealing with it on the computer. Upon looking at the photo, one would have expected him to ask «What what you like the title of this photo to be?» But instead, he said «Oh, a racist word just came to my mind. I hate to say it.»
I AM NOT KIDDING YOU. I probably should have said something back to him, but at the time, it seemed innocent enough of a blunder. However, I got angry later when I realized that what he said wasn’t that far away from actually uttering the word (probably «jew» because Meher Baba had a big nose), and I didn’t care enough to call him out on it. I emphasize how completely unnecessary and uncalled for of a remark it was.
But aside from this, everything else they’ve done for me has been good, and at prices not too daunting.

great customer service here. Randy sat and helped me measure out what I needed cut and then double checked everything before it was done. Thank you thank you! This is not the only Kinko’s that I’ve had do cutting for me, and they are always on the ball. I also like to make photo prints here, it’s fast and easy!

This makes me sad to have to write this, but I had the worst experience ever here yesterday. I had to have some classified documents for work mailed to me. I received a call saying that they were held at this FedEx facility and that i could come pick them up. When I arrived, I gave employee, Jessica, my name. I did not have my tracking number with me.
She went in the back to check for my package, came out and said it’s not here. I told her that I had received confirmation this morning with this FedEx address, stating my package was being held here. She told me that my package was not there and that I needed to go to the other Bothell location, and that people get mixed up with the two all of the time.
I felt bad for arguing with her about it, and thought, ok this is weird, but she must be right. I arrived at the other Fedex facility, a couple miles down the road and provided my name and said I was here to pick up my package. She checked in the back, and of course, no package was there. I explained to her what had happened, and that I did not bring my tracking number because I didn’t think I would run into this problem. She said no problem, I’ll just look it up with your name. She found my package, and confirmed that it was in fact at the FedEx facility that I originally was at, and was sent away from.
At this point I was really unhappy. I wasted 20 minutes driving to this other facility, just to return to the original one. The lady at the second FedEx store apologized for the inconvenience, and for the other store’s mistake. She said hold on and I’ll give you your tracking number, and call over to tell them that they do have your package and that you will be returning to get it.
When I showed up to get it, Jessica, the girl who originally waited on me, and gave me the wrong info, acted like she didn’t see me. The assistant manager «Eddie» waited on me, and acted like he had no idea that he had just seen me there 20 minutes before trying to pick up a package. At one point he had a question about my package and Jessica came over to help him. She never apologized, just looked at me and said «they had it hidden in the back.» Um, ok, who is they, and how bout an apology for sending me to the wrong store, because you were too lazy to check to make sure the package really wasn’t there, before assuming I was stupid and sending me on a wild goose chase.
This is still the closest FedEx to me, so I will still have to go there, but I am not happy with the customer service I received this last time. I know mistakes are made, but how bout taking credit for them and apologizing.
