The staff are very nice and fun. Great customer service. I felt very welcome and the burger is great as always.

Great choices of toppings for your burgers. Yummy burger, yummy fries, enthusiastic staff. Free peanuts are a nice choice. What more could we ask for?

Worst food poisoning of my life this weekend. Only thing I ate before it started was five guys. I’m sure it’s a one off but it’s pretty much ruined me for life on this place.

Had never had 5 guys so husband ran down today for an early lunch for us since we’re only about 10 minutes away. Blasting music, rude employees, 15 – 20 minute wait & $ 20 for 2 burgers and 1 order fries(not during a lunch rush). Ordered to go-get home-the bacon cheeseburger has no bacon on it. My burger was just a plain cheeseburger with lettuce and mayo only. The bun was so soggy I pulled it off. Waste of time and money. Won’t be back.

I’ve been to this Five Guys about 6 or so times over the past couple years. The burgers are good, the fries area great, and who can say no to free peanuts? This is not traditional fast food. They cook to order so don’t come in expecting to get a burger and fries in less than 5 minutes. Chill and grab some peanuts. The second to last time I was there, they messed up my burger order by putting mushrooms on it when I hadn’t asked for them. As someone who hates mushrooms, I called them up immediately and let them know. My main concern was that their cooks weren’t paying attention to the slips that your toppings get printed on which is concerning because that’s the whole model for their business. I received great customer service regarding my complaint and they offered me a free burger. I went in to get that free burger a couple weeks ago and pulled out my card to pay for my fries and they said not to worry about it, the whole meal was on them. Everyone makes mistakes, it’s how they respond to mistakes and learn form them that matters and this Five Guys gets 5 stars for that(and of course for the tasty burgers).

Delicious giant greasy burgers! This is my ultimate guilty pleasure. I love that they have peanuts too.

Five Guys is the same at each location, a greasy burger that tastes yummy and a mountain of fries. Order a size smaller than you normally do or you’ll have a snack for the pooch when you get home. Prices are on the cheap end. Food is made fresh to order and it’s not the best burger you’ll ever have — it’s fast food, hello — it is good and fills the need for a happy burger. Being able to make it however you want is nice. All Five Guys look the same, like a red and white checkerboard, giant quotes from newspapers to brag about their fast food and a pile of peanut bags that remind me of dog food piled on the floor. I’m not down with the peanuts — not a fan of them nor the mess. It would be awesome if Five Guys would add a drive thru. When I’m trying to get somewhere fast, which is the point of fast food, I don’t go to a Five Guys because of the time going in and out. Also, my eyes hurt looking at the red and white checkerboards. Would be great to not have to see those again. Food: 4 Ambiance: 2 Service: 3 Parking: 4

The burgers are fine, the fries are pretty soft(compared to most) and fresh, you pretty much get what you pay for. I’d give the food three stars but the service is fantastic. Very friendly and respectful staff.

coming from hawai’i, i have never ever had Five Guys! i finally got to pop my 5 guys cherry lol and it was pretty good. the cashier was super friendly. after ordering a cheeseburger deluxe, he then goes«all the way?» i was so confused lol. i had no idea how to order since apparently you also order what goes inside your burger. he then had to explain the black ingredients are your automatic items, unless you specify taking something out. all ingredients in black is referred to as «all the way.» and then the red ingredients were your additional items you could add free of charge. feeling overwhelmed and not so risky, i just kept the burger«all the way.» and of course you can’t have a burger without fries? knowing i was going to be sharing with my sisters, i ordered the large size. because their burgers are more gourmet style burgers, the wait is a little bit longer than other burger chain restaurants. but i have to say, the food is delicious! the burgers are juicy and tasty, and their fries are probably one of the best fries i ever had. my takeout bag had 3 cheeseburgers and a large fries and oh man, da buggah was heavy! they totally hooked us up with the fries :) why the 4 stars? well, i was a little taken back by the prices. thinking it was a burger fast food place, i was thinking it would be about $ 3-$ 5 tops. and second, my cousin is more of a chicken sandwich person. their sandwich menu is very limited and only have 4 items(veggie, cheese veggie, grilled cheese, BLT)…no chicken sandwich. but overall, i would probably come back since both the food and service were good

Of course this review can’t be about the food. Five Guy’s has arguably the best fries and burgers in the large franchise fast food chain realm. Unfortunately, I have to air out my frustration with the online ordering service. I knew I would be close to this location due to a bank run, and scheduled a pick up on my lunch break in order to make sure i would have enough time to get back to work. When I got to the store, after about a 3 minute wait, someone finally acknowledged I was there. When I told them I was here to pick up my online order, I was shown two patties on the grill and explained that my order was being prepared. They then preceded to drop more fries since they didn’t have any ready. This is the same thing that occurs when you’ order in person. I don’t mind waiting for food to be ready, but when your app has a pick up time selection function, I expect the food to be ready when I request it to be. Instead, it was exactly 10 minutes later than when I requested. I had placed the request for food an hour and fifteen minutes earlier. Why even have an app if it doesn’t serve any purpose except to make me late for work?

Quite a few bad things going on here. First of all I walk in for lunch and the music is just blasting. I meant to the point you can’t here what the person standing in front of you is saying and certainly can’t here the woman trying to call out your order number. Secondly the place isn’t packed but it still takes a while to get your order. I mean like 15 minutes or so. During lunch this could be like 30% or more of your lunch time juts waiting for food. I have been to other Five Guys and they aren’t this slow. did I mention how loud the music was. Finally let’s talk about price point. If you get a regular cheeseburger, regular fries and drink you are walking out of here for around $ 15. I know you get what you pay for, but it’s fast fresh. That is a lot for what it is. So to recap you have a long wait, loud music and going to be paying around $ 15. For that price what am I getting here that I couldn’t just get by going to a restaurant. It’s not cheaper, faster or better quality. Something has to give.

Come for the fresh custom made burgers. Stay for the rock n roll and free peanuts. You can have whatever burger you want here, bacon, cheese, two sizes. What toppings do you like? They have lots! Get them all, a few, none. It is up to you. They have never messed up my order — and I generally order for five. The fries are great, too. It’s a nation wide chain, but it doesn’t really feel like it. That is a compliment.

Four stars is pretty dang good for a burger joint if you ask me. In the burger joint world this place is close to five stars. Big a** burgers and killer fries. Better than red robins if you ask me. That cashier Josh E. Is always super friendly when he serves me. Like most of the staff.

Not to say this place is completely unredeemable, but this is the worst Five Guys I’ve ever been to. This is my third and last visit, because not only was this one completely forgettable, it was worse than the previous two. The burger was extremely bland like it was made from a frozen patty, and the bun was hard/stale. Not that the previous visits were much better but at least the burger seemed more acceptable, but still nothing special. I honestly don’t know what this place is doing wrong, but the franchise owner here needs to seriously take a second look at their burger practices, because the meat has been junk from this location on every visit. The first time I came, I got soggy fries so I stopped getting fries, but I held out hope for the burgers. One of the key things for Five Guys as a whole is the fresh burgers. Not just the toppings, but the meat most importantly. Every Five Guys I’ve been to has used fresh meat(to my knowledge). One of the most obvious signs is the uneven shape of a patty, and the taste and the way it cooks. This specific store’s meat seems a little too even, almost like a pre-made frozen patty. Maybe this franchise owner is cutting corners, but that’s not why Five Guys is successful, versus the assembly-line burgers from places like McDonalds. Anyways, burgers and food aside, the service has also been pretty bland as well, and as others have said, the music is always up way too loud. Most, if not all, Five Guys I’ve ever been to has a crew that is loud, proud, and friendly. They shout things between each other«one in the door!», «two patties!», etc. and they greet you and whatnot. This place’s service is like McDonalds just accented with loud music. At least the store is clean, so there’s a plus.

This is my 2nd visit to a Five Guys, and I’m still not«wow’d» as some people. I liked the free peanuts while I waited. I liked the cool drink machine. I even liked the loud music… I liked the mix of music. The beef patty overall was tasty meat by itself, but it’s a tiny bit of beef. No wonder they ask you«how many patty’s do you want?» BUT…canned«grilled» mushrooms… YUCK! Mushy bread for a bun, and over salted under cooked fries… NOT good. Almost $ 15 for 2 cheese burgers, 1 cup of fries, and 1 soda… NOT a good deal :-( Seriously Five Guys, that«bacon in your burger» over at J-I-T-B crushes your burger! Sorry, but I’m done giving my $$ to you guys.

Probably the best Five Guys I’ve been to. I’ve been here 3 or 4 times and every time the staff is super nice and helpful. The food comes out hot and the fries are awesome. Five Guys in general is super nice, clean and welcoming for sure but this location just has that extra edge :) Keep it up guys! You guys are rocking it out!

Sometimes you just want a darn good burger, you know?! For me, 5 Guys is the spot for that. I usually order the Little Bacon Cheeseburger(with BBQ sauce, grilled onions and ‘shrooms, etc.) with«small» Cajun fry(in quotes because they add an extra scoop of fries on top of the fries). I’m a big guy and it fills me up. Especially if I munch on the free peanuts beforehand. Always a great atmosphere with a friendly crew. I love to order online because when I walk in and tell them I ordered that way, they yell«Nathan’s here!» I’m sure this fills my deep-seeded need for acceptance and approval on some level…

I got the cheeseburger, large fries, and water. The cheeseburger itself was tasty, but wasn’t anything I hadn’t seen before, on a cheeseburger. I’d be interested to see where FGBaF goes, in the future, with adding things on a cheeseburger. Personally, I’d really like to try a cheeseburger with some kind of sour cream or ranch. The fries, while not from a ranch, were hot, salted enough, and LARGE. You’re going to get a lot of fries if you get a large. You’re also going to be eating in a clean restaurant. :) I think the price($ 11.80, with tax) is a little too high. I’d say $ 7.50 or even $ 8.00 is more reasonable.

Lively place, free peanuts, fresh made hamburgers, awesome coke machine and the best french fries I’ve had from a ‘fast food’ joint. French fries are very generous too, one large is enough for two adults. But, I’m not a fan of the ‘small format’ burger(like Dicks, the McD Cheeseburger, In-n-Out), especially if you pile on the extras here, its a big-small sloppy mess. High prices and no shakes move Five Guys to a 3-star for me. BUT, 5 star on the ‘green rating’, virtually all recyclable, biodegradeable materials for service, well done 5-guys on that aspect.
