We love Garlic Jim’s. Have ordered over the phone and online through Unilocal, each time we have quick service and its exactly as ordered! It’s our favorite pizza place. One kiddo especially doesn’t like red sauce on their pizza, and is a huge fan that they have the option to put alfredo sauce on the pizza instead. Two thumbs up for Garlic Jim’s on delicious flavors, speedy delivery, and flexible options!

I ordered a pizza and salad and got food poisoning. It was all I ate that day so I know it was the food. I notified the restaurant the next day and Eat 24 got me a refund.

I ordered and picked up 3 large pizzas last weekend. We live outside the delivery area but wanted to try this pizza company. NEVERAGAIN! All three pizzas we ordered were gluten free. I would have had better gluten free crust from a frozen pizza from the grocery store. It tasted like cardboard and was the texture of cardboard. The toppings on all of the pizzas were minimal. I personally ordered a Hawaiian, there was only a minimal taste because there was hardly any pizza sauce and almost no cheese. I ate two slices because I was really hungry and I threw the rest away, knowing that I would never eat the tasteless leftovers that I had planned were going to be my lunch food for the rest of the week. The other people that I bought the pizza for were also not impressed, they said that they have had better pizza from boxed frozen and that it would not be a company that they would go to again. WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT!!! For $ 1.75 per topping on a pizza you would think you would get enough topping to be able to contribute to the taste, but apparently not. Worst $ 69 investment I’ve ever made!!!

Ordered online, came in 20 minutes later, the lady at front said they didn’t even start and that she was very busy because she’s the only one there working! On a Super Bowl Sunday. Huh?

Idiots. Call in well ahead of time, as in hours, to let them know what we need and when. Show up and they haven’t started making it. Then the moron making the pizza gets it wrong. Hope this place goes out of business.

I’ve had this location deliver to us 5 – 6 times in the past. Which was a problem this evening as we are apparently a block out of their delivery range(first I’ve heard of it). So I got a call tonight saying they had made the pizza but weren’t delivering the pizza because they were busy tonight. That’s right, they had made the pizza before they checked the address. They are just going to throw it away rather than deliver it. Great business practice, folks. Keep up the stellar work.

Worst customer service, placed an order on my way home & he hold me 20 min. 15 minutes goes by & I get a call saying I’m a little«too north» in Bothell for them to deliver & that I’ll have to place my order with another location. 5 min before I expect my order im told I have to start over somewhere else? First and last time j give them a try. Plus the manager couldn’t have cared less. Don’t waste your time!!!

The delivery person complained to me about how far he had to walk to deliver my pizza. In his defense, yes I do live at the end of a very long hallway, but telling me in the future they won’t come to my apartment, and will add a note to meet outside did not make me happy. Why have delivery if you won’t deliver to my door? Isn’t that why I tip you and pay a delivery fee? Where was the garlic butter dipping sauce? I haven’t had Garlic Jim’s in several year, but I remember getting garlic dipping sauce with my pizza… I didn’t get any this time.

I had never tried Garlic Jim’s until I moved over to Woodinville. I was expecting it to be different than other pizza chains. More like a Zeeks than a pizza hut. I was disappointed and the pizza was cold by the time it arrived. It’s too expensive to buy if it’s not fantastic.

Ugh, I really wanted to like this place :(. My delivery was on time, and the delivery guy was super nice, but those are the only positives. I opened the pizza box, and it’s almost like the box was stored sideways in the car or something, because half of the pizza was crushed against the side, and all of the toppings/cheese had slid to one side of the pizza. Sooooo now I can basically only eat half of the damn thing. Also it wasn’t warm, the cheese was rubbery, and the crust was burnt. I will probably give it another chance, but damn, this is disappointing!

I placed an order online for a $ 5.99 build your own oven baked sandwich. When i arrived to pick it up I was told by the owner the price was incorrect and he could not honor it. What kind of place does that? Sounds like the owner of this franchise is a cheap SOB and doesn’t want to honor online pricing unless he can make enough money off of it. I usually eat here at least twice a week on my lunch hour. I will not be returning here again. Make sure to call this franchise and check to ensure they will honor their pricing online before you travel there!

This location is unwilling to honor pricing that is listed on it’s website. A friend and I ordered a oven-baked sandwich online, which was listed a $ 5.99. The owner of this location took it upon himself to cancel our orders, explaining that the pricing listed on the website were incorrect, and that he would not honor them. I really do like their food, but dislike their deceptive business practices. I am awaiting a reply on how they will rectify this situation. If you choose to patronize this location, I would not order online, because they choose not to honor what they are publishing.

Please don’t order their sandwiches. I wish I could post a picture of the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich that was just delivered to our door. Absolutely pathetic looking. I opened it up, three tiny pieces of chicken. I just looked at the picture I took of it. I need to figure out how to upload it. Seriously ridiculous. Sharing the picture on Facebook.

It took over an hour and 15 minutes to get my food delivered when they said about 45 minutes. I ordered a pepperoni pizza which was spicy and cold. I also ordered cinnamon bread sticks which were also cold and burnt. The bread was brownish black and burnt crumbs all over the aluminum foil. The salad that I also ordered was bland and the Italian dressing tasted terrible. They said it came with cheese which did not come on the salad. It would also help if they provided plastic utensils which also was not included. I’ve been to the Seattle area twice over the last 6 months for a week at a time and all the food I’ve tasted has been spectacular. The food at this place was unfortunately awful. I will never order or eat at this place ever again.

In Seattle for business… Saw this was close to my hotel. Delivery was extremely quick! They estimated it to take around 45 minutes but got it to me in 30 which is extremely fast. I ordered a pepperoni and garlic pizza and order or hot wings. I had asked for extra hot sauce for the wings and got the response«they come pre-sauced» at the moment of hearing that I should have cancelled that wing order. They were extremely soggy and completely under sauced. Couldn’t even finish the order which came with 8. I do not suggest them at all. The pizza on the other hand is completely relishes. It’s had a medium crust size with a good amount of sauce which I love. Pepperoni was good and I was pleased they used whole garlic chunks. Pizza was very good! Pricing was average, paid 25 $ for a medium pizza and awful order of wings. Overall I would recommend this pizza spot. Just don’t order wings!

Still hoping to get my money back for a pizza I never got… Sunday evening I wanted to have a pizza, so I Unilocaled this place and ordered a pizza. Before ordering I was told that estimate waiting time is 25 minutes, after I ordered my pizza, waiting time immediately increased to 35 minutes, okay, I was still hungry… After 35 minutes I came back and was told that I need to wait another 15 minutes. 25 minutes have passed when I checked for my pizza again. But this time I was told that there’s no pizza because my order was«abandoned»(whatever that means), and that they didn’t even start making my pizza. They told me that they would start making it immediately. I was really pissed off(I have spent 1 hour on Sunday evening and they haven’t even started yet!!!), so I told that I don’t want my pizza anymore, and that I want to get my money back. They said that I won’t be charged, I didn’t received any apologies, and went home hungry. Next week I checked my credit card statement and discovered that I was charged 20.79 for the pizza I didn’t get. I called and spoke to their manager and was told that sometimes this happens. She apologized and said to wait couple of days for refund. A week has passed, still no refund. In case Garlic Jim’s decides to give me money back, my order was placed on February 24th at 6pm, and my card number is ending 7610.

Garlic Jim’s pizza is undoubtedly a favorite, for mannny! The first time I had heard of it, it was delivered to my office in a biggg batch. Since then, I’ve had it countless times and love love love it. It’s not too thin, and not too dough-y. More importantly, I’ve never been sick after stuffing my face with it!(This is a frequent cheat meal stop for me). I accidentally ordered from this location, and it was NOT a fun drive to get there. But I arrived, with a large pepperoni pizza for just over 10 bucks(current special). Personable staff makes it that much better!

Wanted to try a different pizza place in the area as we have yet to find stellar pizza so opted for Garlic Jim’s but found them to be more mediocre than our previous choices. Our pizza arrived only lukewarm, missing an ingredient and disappointingly bland. Wouldn’t order from them again as the other chains in the area are more reliably ok at a better price point.

Good pizza, not gourmet. I ordered the Queen Margherita and found my self searching for the tomatoes and basil. Most gourmet pizzas that I have had are light on the sauce and cheese. My pizza had a great garlic infused olive oil and a lot of cheese… could have used a little more basil and tomatoes instead.

I like to get their lunch special — an individual pizza with 3 toppings & can of pop for roughly $ 7. The crust is nice & thin & crispy(which I prefer so you don’t feel so full afterwards) with just the right amount of sauce & toppings. My only complaint is that they sometimes burn the edges of the crust. It irks me a bit when I order a pizza and get back to my desk, only to discover that the edges are burnt. Especially after I have left a tip! I have written a complaint before, and they were nice enough to send me a coupon in the mail for a free pizza — that’s great customer service.
