I must concur… A long line with slow service.

I’ve developed a bit of an iced coffee addiction and the warmer temps feed the need. That hot venti drip coffee is not as attractive when it 85 outside, so why not get it on ice? Genius. Store is standard Starbucks, plenty busy in the mornings, but nice staff and reasonably fast.

This location is around the corner from my house, near my gym, and has a drive thru so I end up here more than I plan to usually, hah. If you hit it at the wrong time the drive thru can be long and take over 20 mins to get thru. That said, the service is courteous and my order is always accurate. The drive thru person is always chatty and friendly.

I work really close to this Starbucks, so I drop in occasionally either before work or at lunch. The last few times I have been here, I have been very unimpressed. They have some really fantastic people that work here, then there are others who I question out loud to others if these people enjoy their jobs or not. The other day I went with a coworker at lunch to grab drinks and a sandwich. We waited a good 10 mins before realizing something wasn’t right. I had gotten my drink, but she hadn’t gotten hers. She said something to the person manning the bar, and realized that the guy at the counter hadn’t put her order out the be made. This happened to two people in front of us too. Rather than making my co workers drink right away she told us that she needed to make a few other drinks first, and then she would get to my coworkers drink. Because really, we hadn’t waited enough by that point, right?! 15 mins later we were finally walking out with our orders. A few days later, I went to grab a double chocolate chip frap with no coffee. It looked a little dark, and I should have tried it before I left, but I got back to work and took a swig. Right away I tasted the coffee. I looked at the cup, they had written decaf… There’s a big difference between decaf and no coffee. So I had to clock out of work, miss out on pay just to go get my drink order corrected. Slightly irritated to say the least!

It’s a Starbucks, so nothing groundbreaking. But THE. SLOWEST. SERVICE. EVER. I’m pretty sure I’ve aged about six months waiting for coffee here.

Easy, peasy venue where I can meet people for business, chat while sucking down a cup o joe and not have to pay for parking. I used this venue to meet a potential band mate to see what they really wanted to be doing. The coffee is a bit pricey, but the convenience makes up for the cost. The staff was accommodating, nice, and speedy. There was a long line, but it moved briskly. And if I’m talking with friends, the wait seems like a blink of any eye.

I live next to this Starbucks store for two years and have to say it is the slowest one I’ve been to. If I want a coffee in the morning I need to give at least an extra 10 minutes and that’s not because of the line but rather the time it takes to serve each customer. While in the store I noticed its not understaffed but ill trained to hustle at the same level of all other Starbucks I’ve been.
Today I went in and the person in front of me had many coffee related questions which is great. The problem is that none of the many people behind the counter ask to maybe start my drink so i could drink it while i waited or have someone else offer to ring me up. Its those little things that this Starbucks needs to train the staff to do.
The coffee was great and the people were friendly. PS visit the new store on capital hill. It should be on your bucket list. That store gets 6+ stars.

I will never come to this location again after my experience on Saturday.
A few friends of mine suggested I try the anniversary frappucino that all Starbucks were having until ³⁄₃₀. I was very interested in trying it and thought I would stop by on Saturday morning while running errands.
When I pulled up in the drive through to order it, the guy taking orders said «We’re all out of raspberry whip cream. No point in getting it then because I would basically charge you a $ 1 for a vanilla bean frappucino.»
Well, okay. I know it’s not your fault you ran out of the whip cream but, saying it that bluntly is rude to a customer.
For one he suggested I’d be an idiot to order one without the whip cream because I’d be «paying more». Yeah, and your point? $ 1 more doesn’t mean anything to me if I want to try something. And his tone of voice was not friendly at all. I realize it’s all about perception but, I worked in customer service for years, and I would have phrased it better than just «We’re out.» I would have said «I apologize but, it appears we are out of whip cream. Is there possibly another drink I can offer to make?» or maybe let me know when/​if you’re getting it back in stock.
Luckily this isn’t the closet one to my house any longer so I won’t rely on them.

First time trying to find the secret squirrel Starbucks drive-​through here in the Bothell North Creek Plaza? Ignore the Starbucks store front on the left corner of the building (that’s a one way where you’ll come out.)
Instead — look for the Staples store, then drive through the alleyway on the right hand side around the back of the building. Voila! The Starbucks drive-​through!
Good Starbucks with a convenient location and a drive-​thru! Oh how I love quick, get my stuff now without having to get out of the car in our typical Seattle area rain, drive-thru’s!
Everything you’ve come to expect from your favorite Starbucks — same menu of freshly made drinks, sandwiches, salads and bakery goods. The staff is friendly and very efficient with the line of cars in the drive-​thru! Hey, it’s a popular place in Bothell!

If I could give a negative star review I would. The early morning shift (4 am) has two very snobby rude older ladies a blonde and a brunette they are always talking whispering about customers or myself. I come to Starbuck almost every other day. I think I should at least deserve a friendly attitude instead of my food and coffee thrown at me and I don’t deserve to be talked about behind my back. I am a paying customer. I feel very angry at the lack of respect from these employees. This had been ongoing for about 3 years and I’ve had enough of this BS.

This is by far the WORST Starbucks location I have ever been to. I believe highly in giving people the benefit of the doubt and tell myself «Maybe they’re having an off day» or «Maybe they’re super busy inside». However, this particular location has let me down numerous times. I’d say over the past 7 months or so, my boyfriend and I have gone through the drive thru of this location maybe 20 times, give or take. Every single time, save maybe 2 or 3 times, they have messed up our order and/​or taken forever. The second to last time, we ordered a Carmel Latte Frappuccino. When we got it, they hadn’t added coffee to it! We had gone too far before tasting it or we would’ve had it remade.
We went here for the last time yesterday March 1^st. There was one car in front of us, we ordered 2 drinks. First, they were out of venti cold drink cups, sure, it happens. Got to the window, got my drink in about 5 minutes. My boyfriend ordered and Java Chip Frappuccino. Not alterations, not a difficult drink. We sat there for another 10 minutes waiting for it. Without anyone speaking to us about what the holdup was. If we hadn’t already paid, we would have left. When we finally got the drink, it was so chocolaty that he could barely tell if coffee had been added.
If it hadn’t been for Chris, Stevie, and a very nice girl with long black hair, we would’ve stopped going long ago. Everyone else there is incompetent and not into customer service.
Avoid this location at all cost! We use drive thru for prompt convenience. It would be faster to go into any other location I’ve been to.

Drive through girl stares at me as if i am some kind of freak. I waited five minutes in front of her without any greeting or being acknowledged. Forget Customer Center. Services. How about saying HI. WOW !

Great fast service in the drive thru and inside! Have not been here at what would be considered rush-​hour but anytime we’ve been here it has been great!

This is the SLOWEST starbucks in the world. With 3 people in front of me in line it still took 18 minutes to get two drip coffees! That’s too slow. I’ve visited many times and it’s always the same… SLOW SLOW SLOW… and the server was the least friendly person. No more trips here for me. I’ll go a little further and find faster coffee with friendlier service.

The line is always the longest one EVER, and unlike other Starbucks locations that know how to anticipate and handle such traffic, this one is super super SLOW. Every time I come here my drink is wrong, or tastes wrong, or is just bad… I’m not even that picky with my coffee!
There are better local places to get espresso around Bothell than this Starbucks.

Will someone please ask Ben to stop yelling. He shouts your order back at you. He yells to know your name for your drink. Then he screams thank you at the end of it all. It’s only been going on for the last two weeks. Did a manager tell him he was too soft spoken? If so I want the old, quieter Ben back.

This Starbucks May have the longest drive through line of any store I have seen but they are fast and efficient at serving the window.
I usually get the usual Americano but the seasonal specials and Bold Picks are great for variety.

Dude, this Starbucks rocks it! Fastest drive-​thru on the planet! I am never late for work when I swing through here. The drinks are some of the better ones so the barristas really pay attention to what they are doing. They screwed up my sandwich once and I didn’t notice until I got to work. I told them the next day and they were cool and gave me a free sammy :)

Love this location. It has the right amount of business without being overcrowded. They make my Carmel macchiato & frap the right way which makes a difference since I’m paying so much. The outdoor setting is the best to enjoy your drink when the sun is out. They have a long table for me to do homework. That table is almost always taken so I have to wait to get it. The lines come and go but the
people that work here work fast enough to keep up. Remember, if you’re not drinking coffee you’re not living.
