We lived here for several years. The only complaint we had when living there was getting in and out of the complex. Bothell Everett HWY is busy. The staff and maintenance people are top notch. Whenever we had any problem they would fix it asap. The only downside to the place and their great attitude towards making it a great place to stay is that when you move out, don’t expect to get your deposit back. Despite making huge efforts to leave the apartment in good condition, we got a whole $ 6 dollars back. They charged us to reclean the carpet despite me hiring a professional cleaner to do the carpets. I hired a lady to clean the apartment but apparently she forgot to clean underneath the stove back to the wall. She did clean underneath the frig just not the stove. I would rent here again but I would not expect to get my deposit back. I would do a reasonable job cleaning but that is it. It really is a good place to live and the area is very good.

Caution: Rude assistant property manager. I stayed for 1 year, and they did not refund me anything back after cleaning the apt reasonably. I am sure the next person will also get charged to move in and move out. Otherwise, they have well laid out apartment. Sometimes apt colder than expected. Spider webs outside the apt. Very close to Fred Meyer and other stores, but still quiet ambience.

Do yourself a favor and read the hidden reviews, they are pretty spot on to all the issues in this complex. Management is no help at all. Look elsewhere, trust me!

This place is great for the area and the price! Being on the main road in Bothell it can be pricey but we paid 975 for a 1 bed, 1 bath, 800 sq ft apartment. The management is great and same with maintenance people. Only issues we had were with the car wash next door (our fault for agreeing to a place that borders the car wash) and that your neighbors have ZERO respect that there is assigned parking and have their friends in your spot all the time. When that does happen the maintenance responds immediately and finds the car owner and gets them to move it.

The management is nice and responsive, the maintenance people are extremely helpful, clean and quick, and the neighbors are nice. They have a hot tub and heated pool that are rarely used but still maintained so when you do go you essentially have it all to yourself. The only downfall is the fact they only have 1 & 2 bedrooms so for families it’s easy to out grow and they’re on Bothell-​Everett Hwy which can be a traffic nightmare during peak times.
