Stopped in this morning for a cup of coffee & a bagel while I wait for an appointment. Food was solid as usual. Decent coffee, asiago bagel was up to Panera’s usual par. It’s crazy to me that the cream cheese cost more than the bagel, but okay, I’m hungry, I’ll deal. The customer service though. Not a single smile. No greeting when I came in. No «have a nice day». These are basic things I expect in any customer service environment. The staff here seems dour and not at all interested in providing a good experience to the customer, though they were quite happy to stage a loud conversation about their Friday night that was quite audible from where I sat waiting for my bagel to be ready. I don’t know if it’s just this location, or all Paneras in general, but I really hope that my experience was the exception and NOT the rule.

I’ve been here a few times now and haven’t been impressed. Today they brought my family’s food out but it was 10 minutes before they brought mine. It was like they forgot who it was supposed to go to and left it sitting. Of course the sandwich was a bit cold but the salad was fine. I had the steak and white cheese sandwich and it was very disappointing. Won’t be going back.

I just got food from the drive thru of your Bothell store. Worst experience of my life, that’s not an exaggeration. Besides being told I couldn’t order a combo that’s on your website I had to pay more to get the same food. I ordered a soba broth bowl with chicken, a Thai chix salad, a grilled cheese and tomato soup. When I got home the salad came with about a tablespoon of salad dressing, the soba bowl came with no soba noodles!!! A soba bowl with no soba noodles!!! The grilled cheese was cold on one side and soggy on the other side. The only thing that was edible was the tomato soup. I called and talked to Crystal Laughlin the«manager» I told her what was wrong with our order and she seemed immediately annoyed that I thought there was something wrong with it. She told me I could come back and get a refund, I asked if I could get the food remade correctly and she hung up on me. I called back and talked to her again and asked why she hung up on me and she said she didn’t need to be treated like that… I was certainly annoyed after spending $ 25 on food and everything being incorrect or cold but was far from rude. I told her I was coming back to the store. When I got there I showed her my receipt and the food. I asked her about the soba bowl, why was there no soba noodles I asked, she couldn’t explain. I showed her the grilled cheese and how soggy it was, she told me I ate most of it. This was a half grilled cheese of which I took one bite which was subsequently spit out because it was cold and soggy. If I had known that was going to be an issue I gladly would have returned that part too! The manager, Crystal Laughlin, then told me she wouldn’t refund my money OR remake our food. I asked her why, I asked her why she asked me to come back to the store, she said that she doesn’t get paid enough to deal with stuff like this. She then threatened to call the cops to have me escorted out of your store and walked away. I asked another employee to get her and she came back out, at this point I started recorded the interaction on my phone for my protection and she had two of her male employees leave from behind the registers and stand directly behind me in the lobby in an intimidating manner. I asked again for a refund or my food to be remade and she again refused and then called 911!!! I have never experienced this level of service in my life. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. I was essentially robbed by Panera for $ 25 and didn’t get any food. I will be posting the video on all of my social media accounts and will be contacting your corporate office as I was told to do by your«manager».

This review is primarily for the Drive-thru. They never get an order right! I ordered chips with the salad, they put the bread instead and forgot the dressing. Another time, I reminded them to put the dressing but they messed up on the other order. Today, they handed me a bagel without slicing it, forgot the silverware! I do not doubt their friendly customer service to fix the abovementioned issues but it isn’t easy to carve out time to go back! I Take my part of the blame– for not spelling out the orders, checking and rechecking the orders(who cares if people are waiting I line, yeah) and lastly, for going back!

I tried this location again and wow, no change. Order was once again wrong(my fault for not checking before I drove away but I felt bad for the folks behind me that like myself had been waiting a long time and started to take up honking in the line) sandwich was a disgusting SLOPPYSOGGY mess, so poorly made it just fell apart. I wish I could ask them for the cost of a car wash as my seat is a mess now. Advise to management, how about a little quality checking before food goes out the door??? Or training the staff on how to make a sandwich as they are a large part of your menu???

Foods good just check your order and watch for burnt bread on the panini’s. There very loud girl that’s works here who said she is a supervisor who worked her way up. That’s awesome for her but I don’t need to try and tune your loud voice out while I’m ordering. The poor lady who took my order could barely hear me! Potato soup, tomato soup and hot sandz are the best!

my rating is really 2.5… I came here in a whim to take my daughter out while my husband and son were doing their«boys day». I rarely go to Panera, but I knew I wanted to get a grilled cheese sandwich for my daughter. I ordered and while my daughter and I sat/waited, I looked at my receipt. Noticed that one order was wrong. I did order a kids meal(grilled cheese), and one side a mac a cheese as an order… what she put down was a kids’ mac and cheese meal… I went up to correct it and talked to the same cashier(Sherry), and instead of her«apologizing», I felt she snapped at me and she said, «you did order Mac and Cheese»… I rolled my eyes and tried to tell her that one order was for a grilled cheese kids meal and another was just a mac and cheese, but she wasn’t listening to me. she told someone that can override the cost to credit me back, and instead of correcting my order, it was still a mistake. my daughter didn’t get her grilled cheese sandwich, but apparently, we still got 2 bowls of mac and cheese. I didn’t even bother going back up again to take care of the order, which I was tempted to, and thankfully my daughter was easy going I could care less of the food, but the fact that the initial cashier(Sherry) didn’t have customer service manners was annoying. Even my 7 yo daughter didn’t want to come back to this place, and told me that she KNEW I told the lady what I wanted. My daughter even said, «She shouldn’t work there if she doesn’t open her ears» If a 7 yo knows what customer service is and what should be to run a business or to want us to come back again, Panera Bread needs to check out this location to ensure something changes.

This is my favorite Panera. There is a lady with long dark hair that serves/cleans up who I absolutely love. Every time I eat here I witness just how amazing she is. I wish I knew her name but she is pretty awesome! The food and service is consistently great. The price is more than what I typically like to pay for a quick dinner but it’s well worth it. I can taste how fresh the ingredients are.

Panera Bread is a great place for me to meet people in a casual atmosphere, grab a brewed coffee or light lunch and have a constructive conversation in a quiet atmosphere. As is typical for the ones that I have been to this Panera is new and well appointed.

This place is horrible! The staff could care less about their job and the management is worthless. I can not begin to tell you with all of the things they have done wrong. It’s hard to believe that making a sandwich is sooo difficult. I will no go back to this place again and I advise you to stay as far from it as possible.

Been there twice now… first time got everything I ordered but was a little confused on what the hype was all about… got the turkey bravo and yet the sandwich I got the day before from Safeway tasted better… tried them again last night and it took the dude 3 times to repeat my order back correctly @ the drive through and when I got home he forgot my butter for the side of bread that came with my sandwich and the sandwich I ordered was supposed to be with some type of 3 cheese bread but I had white… lame…think there won’t be a third time for me.

This location would sell a ton of bagels to the morning office crowd migrating to the several business parks nearby — they would, IF it didn’t take at least 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru.(This morning I waited a whopping 20 minutes — I remembered at the half-way mark why I don’t come here.) When I got to the office, the bagels weren’t even sliced. How does it take 20 minutes to put bagels in a box that aren’t even sliced or toasted? One of life’s great mysteries…

My experience with this location was superb! I placed an order online for an 11:30AM pick up and my order was ready on time and fully complete(yes, I checked). I even went back later to grab lunch for myself and the service was good. I would highly recommend Panera for events as well as office meetings! They are top notch!

Come for the mac n cheese. Stay for the baked goods. And the sandwiches. Okay… The salads are really good too. I heart Panera. You can eat pretty healthy here, too.

Tried to eat here again since my initial review. Nothing has improved. I spent 40 minutes sitting in their drive thru because it wasn’t being properly being ran. I was trapped in the drive thru so I couldn’t even just leave and no manager ever came to acknowledge the fact that any of us waited so long. I plan to call coporate after this experience. Terrible. They didn’t even compensate my meal which is the least they could have done after 40 minutes stuck in their drive thru.

I ordered Napa chicken thinking it’s a salad bowl. They fixed my order in a heartbeat and gave me a full size bowl instead. Now that’s a great service. I am coming back here every week. I liked here because their food is not too salty. way to go.

THEYRUNOUTOFEVERYTHING! I normally hit the drive-thru and pretty much like Panera in general. I like that they bake everything fresh everyday and that they try to use good indigents. They also have a nice variety. The reason for the 2 stars? EVERY time I go here they are out of something I want. Last time it was 9am in the morning and they were out of most of the muffins, like when will they get the hint, MAKEMORE! Make enough to at least last the whole day based on trending orders and time of year, etc… This last time I drove off without paying and without my order. I’m so sick of craving something or going to get something and they are out. And not little things no one orders, NO! Pumpkin Muffins, hello extremely popular. Bread Bowls for the soup, for real? I give it 2 stars instead of 1 because the people at the window are usually really nice, and helpful. Anyways, that’s my two cents Hoping this will inspire someone to make more of the popular stuff so they don’t run out :)

A group of four of us rolled into this Panera at 6 a.m., right when they opened, hoping to grab bagels for breakfast and sandwiches for lunch as we were headed to fish the Snohomish for Coho. We have no complaints. It took 17 minutes from the time the first guy in our party started to order till we received our food to go, which is a bit long, but all the sandwiches were made properly and the breakfast items passed the edible test. Panera succeeds by providing average food with consistency every time. The service is always good, people are friendly and the menu is easy to navigate. This is an easy place to do lunch, without putting a hole in your pocket, but it’s a big chain, we all know this.

I just love Panera Bread. I always get the combo with a choice of 2 of a sandwich, soup or salad. After you order and pay you find a table to sit and the food is delivered to you(they use electronic table markers). I like that you can keep track of calories here(from their menu at the registers when you’re ordering) and everything is fast and simple. Very casual! However, if you’re very hungry, I’m not sure this place will fill you up.
