Subway

I tend to go to this subway quite often as its close to my home. Every single time I have left this place, I have left wondering why I go back. One time I went in and they ran out of bread. Customer service has never once been good at this place. Today I walked in and there was one person in front of me, with two girls working the counter. No hello, or hi, or hey or anything of the sorts. I waited patiently and was meet with a very irritated «what can I get you». Sigh. I didn’t want to leave and go somewhere else, so I ordered two 6 inch subs and the girl who was preparing the sandwiches was visibly annoyed when I asked for extra cheese. I was prepared to pay for it, and I asked nicely, so I didn’t understand the issue. She later look the irritation out on my 12 year olds sandwich by smothering it in chipotle sauce. Thank you for single handedly screwing up my daughters dinner and for costing me money on a sandwich that wasn’t eaten. After I got the sandwiches, I went to grab two fountain drinks around the corner. These girls obviously don’t care about their jobs or didn’t realize I was still there, because one girl asked the other to do something for her, then noticed customer was approaching the door and one of the girls let out a huge sigh followed by «I guess I won’t do it now». Ladies, I think it’s safe to safe the customer service industry isn’t for you…

On Sunday September 27^th at 816 pm, I haven’t seen this bad of customer service in a long time. I worked fast food for years and Ryan really has the worst customer service, does not deserve to have a job and leaves his coworkers out to dry and hides in the back

Only had one dude ahead of me & it took like 20 mins… as I was paying another employee came out from the back… where was she 20 mins ago… lame times

Very clean subway.
The subs are the same as every other subway nothing exciting to write about but at least the guy making my sub had a personality.

I live less than a mile from this location. I’ve probably gone there 15 or more times. While the staff is typically fine or even good, I am going to rate it 1 star for NEVER offering the Subway chain publicized offers. They either have tiny print on the door saying they don’t offer the deal, or you simply find out when you try to order your sandwich. Unfortunately I understand that the owner of this location also owns the surrounding locations, so I will continue to get my sandwiches at the Bothell (near QFC) location that DOES offer the publicized deals.

Service: The lady helping me did not have a smile on her face at any point in time for me or any other customer.
Quality: She didn’t put as much veggie toppings as the other subway locations.
Parking: Plenty of parking in the lot, but lots of cars going through as there are grocery stores and other shops/​restaurants in the area.
Won’t come back here when there are other Subways around that are better in all aspects.

Staff was all younger kids which is fine but they were rude every time I’ve gone there. At least two items in the bar were out either meats I wanted or veggies for my sandwich and instead of going in the back to get more they just said sorry there’s no more up here right now. Chips were not stocked either. Try a different location if going to subway hopefully will be better.

I’ve never experienced the rude service here that others have mentioned. Even today, both the girl and the guy working behind the counter were very pleasant despite it being busy.
But, hey, it’s a Subway. You can’t expect it to be anything other than that. The food is the same as you’d get at any other one, but this store is clean and parking is ample. That’s why I go.
My only gripe is that this particular location doesn’t honor promotions that other locations do. For instance, we went there today because of the $ 5 footlong deal we saw on TV. However, we were informed once we got there that they are not participating in it. It was kind of a bait and switch thing, and I didn’t like it at all. Oh well…

It’s hard to review a Subway. They seem to have a high turn over rate and its really hit or miss with the sandwiches «artists», so although the girl was nice and made a good sandwich I’m not reviewing the staff. It all comes down to the actual product.
The location is easy, plenty of parking and veggies were fresh. However, the major bummer was the fucked up soda machine. When I am giving up mayo, chipotle sauce, cheese, that garlic italian bread, everything I like– I AT LEAST want a decent Diet Pepsi. And this location’s soda machine either has too much syrup or is all water.
Get it right, Diet Pepsi lovers will bring this place down in a riot.

There is a sign announcing a new friendly staff. That’s a joke! The guys that work here are so rude and put out to help you the only nice employee is Ratiff. The rest are extremely rude and my sandwiches are always so messy and thrown together. I’m going to find a new location.

it’s subway… I like who they used to have working here, always very friendly… and now it’s different… I believe they must have been bought out and there may be some nepotism involved in the hiring practices. I only go here when I have to get a sandwich and I am too far from Jimmy Johns. As I am writing this I am realizing that I really don’t like this Subway actually, and they have now lost another star because I am being reminded of what used to be and how bad it, and it’s employees are now. Was at 3, now a 2

I used to go to another subway across the freeway until they didn’t participate in the Anytober promotion and raised their prices, plus they were really cheap with toppings. Now this one is the same! No Februany participation and their sandwiches cost more than a Subway in downtown Bellevue or Seattle. They are cheap with toppings and the quality just sucks as well. Weird that a chain can vary so widely in quality, but this is definitely an example of just that.

I like this Subway location. I drive a whole exit north of my office (even though there’s a Subway within half a mile) to go here because they’re fast. They’re not a real busy store and they’re close to other stores I shop at during lunch.
Now, let’s get this straight: it’s SUBWAY. You have to set your expectations to Subway levels. I think they skimp too much on their veggies (specifically olives) and their meat is only okay. This is a cheap place to grab a sandwich.

I love my spicy italian piled high with veggies… it’s how I rationalize indulging in the yumminess of pepperoni and salami.
This subway is a disgrace to the subway name. The service is slow and mundane. The toppings are shiesty as hell, I think the girl was literally counting out the five olive slices she was spreading out on my sammie.
Worst $ 5 dollars I’ve ever spent. I’ll venture out and find another subway even if it means I have to drive farther.

Put away how you feel about Subway. Maybe you love them, maybe not.
Regardless, this location is the worst excuse for a Subway I’ve ever been to.
The store is lightly staffed, and when I say «lightly», I mean one person. Sometimes you see glimpses of a second person in the back, but I’ve never seen them do anything like, say, help take care of the five people in line. (And you never see them more than once. Even for fast food, this place has no employee retention.)
Toppings? Ha! Try three slices of tomato for a foot-​long sandwich. Seriously. I should have taken pictures.
To summarize — the owner is a cheapskate. The workers are overworked, he is stingy on toppings, and really doesn’t seem to care about the product he is putting out.
And neither should you.
