I have been going here for the last few years. Erica is the one who cuts my hair and she is a joy to go to! I am always happy with the job she does and not only do I find her kind and courteous but the women that work there are always nice and polite whether I talk to them in person or on the telephone. There are a number of places that charge a lot more and don’t offer the experience that I get here. Thanks to all! Bob H

Very friendly, the MVP rocks. I love the hot towel during the shampoo and scalp treatment. Amber did an exceptional job on my last cut. I will definitely be back.

Overpriced bad haircut

Worst Haircut I ever got!
So called hairstylist was lost half the way, and was just scratching my head with machine, like a 3 year old. People are rude and they surely don’t like their jobs. Will never go to this place again.

Terrible service from a group of people who would clearly rather be somewhere else. I waited outside for the to open on Sunday to avoid a wait. I was the third person in the door and was rudely told 25 minute wait. No hello or welcome to Sportclips or any other dialog just simply «25 minute wait». There are a lot of other options!!!

This franchise doesn’t support coupons or their signature first hair cut free. On top that they make you wait while employees chat with each other. I ended up waiting the last two days and still in need of a haircut. Very un happy with Sport clips.

We have been coming here off and on since they opened. Always with mixed results. Today’s visit was the last straw. Erika the manager was being rude to my well behaved 6 year old is unprofessional and inexcusable.

This place is a complete joke! The young lady who gave my son a haircut has nothing to do with cutting hair and no matter how you explain to her what needs to be done, she chooses to do what SHE thinks is right!
Will never go there again, period!

Natalia is the absolute WORST stylist I have ever encountered. She’s rude, did a horrible job on my hair and didn’t want to correct it, and the wait was extremely long. The new manager, Candy is just as terrible! Natalia and Candy should both find new professions, because this is NOT a area in which they excel. I wish I could give zero stars!
I will NEVER, EVER return to their shop!!!
However, if you have to go there, Tilly is GREAT!

I went here for my first time looking for a new place to go. My old person quit where I had been going. Loved it! Was able to walk in and get helped and was offered ideas for how I could change styles. On top of it all, I got a shampoo, v hot towel and massage chair to finish it off. I’m in!

I’ve been here twice. Both times the experience was outstanding. I used to get my hair cut at a local cash only barbershop because it was cheap. I thought it would be hard to justify $ 25 for a haircut for my short/​thin hair.
I couldn’t have been more wrong. Both visits, I couldn’t have been more pleased. Kandi was the barber who treated me to the MVP treatment both times, and I can honestly say the quality of the cut is as good or better as any haircut I’ve ever had. ever! Just the quality of the cut alone makes this worth the price of admission.
Throw in the warm towel, and scalp scrub treatment, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding!

I just had the Worst experience with «Tilly» the hair stylist here at 1 – 1:50pm!!!
First off, I had reservations coming here again after I had an extremely long wait my last time. The girls here BS with each other and slack off as opposed to cutting people’s hair!
So I got in at 1pm. 3 girls working, 1 guy getting a haircut and 1 wating for a trim in front of me. It took me 30 minutes to be seated! And a slap in the face was one gal left for break after 10 minutes of doing nothing… gee thanks for adding another 10 minutes being late on my lunch break.
Then to Tilly. Wow, I have never received such poor customer service from anyone in my life, let alone a hair stylist. Not friendly, stopped my haircut multiple time just to talk with the other gal working, was extremely pushy and rude the 3 – 4 sentances she actually did speak to me. And to top it off, she told me it was illegal if I put gel in my Own Hair! I cannot make this up. When I questioned her on this «Policy» she went into a crack-​head rant about her training and how she’s on the board of Blah Blah Blah.
It’s safe to say they have lost a customer that came starting in their frst week of business over a year ago. I work in Canyon Park and I have not gone to another place in over a year, but I will NEVER step foot in this place again! This after I was already going to buy their MVP (6) haircut special and some Crew. Tilly lost you guys at least 120 $ on this one purchase alone!
It’s beyond obvious that these wokers have ZERO Supervision! Just read the other review below. It’s the same thing.
BTW I did give Tilly a $ 2 dollar tip, this was $ 2.00 too much!

Where does King Bobara get his Hair done ?? At Sport Clips you silly boy. Here I always go for the MVP cut myself. I Love the towels on my face as they clean my messy hair. The staff is always friendly and for the most I’m in and out under one hour time. I would give them 5 stars if they beard trimming in the prices.

I wish I knew somewhere else to go. This place is horrible! The staff is rude! Leaves you waiting why they talk and run around. Please can someone do this right?

I went in for a quick haircut and didn’t sign in. Heck, it was my first time but before I figured out I needed to sign in on a clipboard that looked like nothing more than an email collector, a family with three boys and a dad came in and signed in. I was so disappointed I left.
So how does this place get a 4 star from me? Well, I came back the next weekend and was so happy with the result I bought a punchcard. A shampoo, cut, massage, and dry cost $ 16.50 with a punchcard. The barbers are polite, respectful and really listen to you describe what you want. And then they deliver it.
I’ll be back.

I am fairly new to Bothell and thought of having a hair cut one good weekend. Looked up Unilocal,called a bunch of salons and surprisingly, every single salon was booked. That’s ridiculous. Then I found out about this one and called them, luckily, they welcome walk-​ins. I prefer that over appointments, especially when it comes to hair cut.
Turns out that it is a great place for men’s haircut. A shampoo, haircut and a mini-​massage along with some sports is not bad for 21 bucks. Kat (the lady who did my haircut) was very friendly and cut my hair really nice. Clean, sharp and good looking. She didn’t even try to oversell hair products, just mentioned it once. Would definitely recommend for a hair cut.

Like every other SportClips — this is a supercuts on steroids, tailored to men’s haircuts. As such the quality will vary dramatically by stylist and the pricing will be far cheaper than at a salon.
I watched a monster truck race while getting my haircut. I asked for a trim and left with half my length on top. My edges were pretty severe (they needed to be faded). It’s what comes with the territory.
They throw in a shampoo and scalp massage which is really just consumer psychology to help you justify spending a little bit more for the haircut.
I went to salons for a couple years, but 40 bucks is a lot to spend for a simple haircut. While I miss the textured shears for the sides, the gradual fade of my hair/​neck line, and the restrained use of the buzzer — spending under $ 20 is nice.
