My second time at this location. Will not come back again. Waited over and hour and a half. Only two people working and not very fast.

I went to this location today and the place is temporary closed. There is a sign that say if you purchased a MVP, you can go to their Shoreline location. Very inconvenient.

they don’t take appointments. asked if there was a wait she said no. went on my lunch break and there’s a 30 min wait. waste of a lunch break

This is by far the worst place I took my sibling to get a hair cut from. To be honest, the hair stylists that work there didn’t seem too happy at all. Especially this one specific lady.(Sadly, didn’t get her name otherwise I would’ve have written it down) Another thing the wait at this place is crazy. I waited 1 & ½ hours, for my brother to get his turn.
Now, about the hair cut. I’m wondering who gave them their license. For my brothers hair cut, the line up was not straight and they pushed it back a little too far, and for the fade, it was not even all around. My brother was unsatisfied and very angry about the outcome. On top of that the hair cut cost us $ 21.
So overall, this place has poor customer service and hair stylist that don’t know how to do a simple task. I would not recommend this place, if I could I would give them 0 stars. Oh, by the way, if you’re a guy I’d recommend you to go to the barber shop and get a better hair cut & save some money.

Had a free haircut coupon from my apt’s leasing office and decided to stop by after work. Was expecting a pretty basic styled cut, and that’s it. Boy was I wrong in a good way. Kari took great care of me, and that free coupon was for the whole 9 yards; cut, style, shampoo, scalp massage, conditioner, steamed towel (s), the works! Even if I was paying full price I’d have gotten my money’s worth. I had 0 wait, in fact, they waiting patiently on me after signing in for me to pick out a hairstyle. Keep in mind this isn’t a quick in, quick out, budget haircut place. The place is decorated very «sports» themed, as expected, and you get personal, un-​rushed service. Its a very comfortable experience; they even have massaging chairs for when you get your hair washed, massaged, and conditioned. Will be recommending this place to my roommate, and will very likely be a returning customer myself.

My husband tried this place and loved it the first time he went in. Today however he entered the salon, 4 – 5 stylist were working on people, a couple of children were getting haircuts and it was taking awhile. No one said hi or acknowledged him when he went in so he sat down to wait. After about 20 minutes another customer came in and a stylist immediately told him to sign in and it would be about 20 minutes. The stylists walked past my husband several times to talk to the parents about their child cut and no one said a word to him about signing in our how long the wait was He got up and left. He went to the Sport Clips in Mukilteo and had a great experience. Different owners and they’ve been there for years! My husband and son will be going to the Mukilteo location now.

The cut and the service were fine. The one hour wait was not. I suggest you may want to call ahead before ever going there to get a hair cut.
